   Slow service during lunch time even when their were very few diners. Young wait person was friendly with positive attitude but not a lot of experience giving good table service. After sitting for a long time with dirty dishes in front of me, I put some of the plates on an adjacent table that was empty as the whole restaurant was 3/4 empty. A few minutes later the person responsible for cleaning tables reprimanded me for putting my dishes on another table. So I apologized just to keep things civil. Unbelievable how restaurant service has changed and the lack of training given to employees. If this was 10 years ago I would give it 1 star but this seems to be the norm now.

   Food was absolutely wonderful, service however, was not. Brought out 2 out of 5 of our order first - they were done eating before they even asked “US” what we were waiting on.

   Hostess was super nice. Waitress was blah. Food was typical chain food. One entree came out 20 minutes before everyone else’s. The food runner wouldn’t speak at all. Games were fun, very crowded.

   Was not crowded at all despite going during prime basketball games. Even so, food was incredibly slow. Service and server were great. Food was of good quality but prices a little high considering slowness and environment. Still would go back with better ordering choices

   This was our first time dining at Dave and Busters. The food was great but the service was a bit slow. It appeared that there were not many servers on the floor which may have been the cause. Overall, a good first experience!

    Poor service. Ordered 2 alcoholic drinks and it took 45 minutes to get them. Food would've been good if it wasn't at room temperature and they forgot part of our order. My son ordered hot wings and had to drink my water because it took over 15 minutes for the waiter to BRING a refill. Made reservations for 5:30 and still had to wait 15 minutes and there were TONS of empty tables. The dining area was not overly busy yet we would have to wait 15-20 minutes for a refill then to receive our check and then just to get our card back. Just paying for our meal took nearly 30 minutes. I couldn't complain much about the gaming area. Out of all the games I might have seen 1 or 2 games out-of-order. Highly recommend the gaming BUT DEFINITELY EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

    The dining portions are large, so if you're not very hungry then I'd suggest sharing with someone! Although they were busy, the arcade provided lots of fun entertainment for me and my group until the table was ready.

    Got a reservation for D&B. Didn't realize the reservation was for the back dining area not in the gaming area. We sat by the games since we had kids with this (open seating). We had a good time.

    Service sucked. People leaving kids unattended letting them climb on the games. My kid got football tackled by someone else child and was hurt crying No staff stepped up to make them stop. Nor did they check on my child. Staff seemed rude and didn’t want to be there. Food was just ok. Nothing special. Drinks overpriced. Came for my birthday and was horribly disappointed

    The waitress was great. We all had a great time. The kids were a bit disappointed that all ticket prizes were a lot they couldn’t cash out cause even together they didn’t have enough for a small prize. But over all we had a great time

    I was a bit leary of getting food after reading all the reviews but the kids wanted to go and I wanted to sit while they played games. Our server was friendly and attentive. Better than most places these days. I ordered the Parmesan garlic truffle fries and they were PERFECT. This was a huge portion more than we could eat. The fries were perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I was pleasantly surprised. We had a great time. The kids loved playing and the adults enjoyed the food and beverages.

    Got seated before my reservation time but wasn't given any menus. Waited 20 minutes without anyone even acknowledging our presence, only to have to "flag down" another server to ask if we had one. It's hard to screw up a burger, but they did that pretty well: cooked too hot and too quickly even though it took far too long for us to get. I likely won't be back, at least to that location, and certainly won't recommend the Opry Mills location to anyone.

    Worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant let alone a Dave and busters location. We were ignored, walked passed and disrespected by the staff. Including the manager whose solution to our complaint was, "then just don't tip." I do not recommend eating there ever. Games were fun but that is it. Spend your hard earned money and valuable time elsewhere

    Experience is subjective, if you are interested you should go try it out for yourself. Food was good, but excessively salty. Service was friendly, but needs more training on being observant and clearing used dishes from the table. Main complaint was the bathrooms were pretty disgusting both men and women’s. Trash overflowing in the bowling area and general lack of interest shown by several of the employees.

    The food was terrible. And overpriced. Came out Luke Warm not even hot. My bread for my sandwhich was so hard I could not eat it. We were seated and waited 25+ mins before anyone even came to take our drink order. Our waiter maybe checked on us once and that was when she asked if we were ready for the check. The games are amazing and fun, the only thing enjoyable there but I do not recommend eating in there. Also bowling was closed for a private event on a Saturday night. 🫠

    Overall good place but the waitress I had was rushed....she didn't listen to my whole order and walked off before I could complete my order,then when the order came out it was wrong and she had to let me tell her how to fix it but walked off again too soon so missed some of my order. When I spoke with the manager on duty and the waitress talked to her she apologized but our cups were empty when she came to apologize and she walked off. After 10 more min she came back by and said, "Should I bring you a refill?" Sarcastically smirking....it was really crazy and it was my birthday so my experience was ruined....

    Manager arguing with employee in front of customers. Had a reservation, watch them clear several tables but still had a 20+ minute wait outside of my reservation time. Hostesses we’re just standing around instead of helping the 2 servers sit people and then lied about trying to seat people. I literally watched them immediately sit someone at an open table while me and my children (one with special needs) wait. I may return to let my kids play the games as this is the only D&B in the Nashville area but will never done there again. Food was gross, tasted rewarmed. My Kale salad barely had any kale in it. Horrible experience. I could’ve spent that money somewhere where we would’ve actually enjoyed the food and experience.

    Our Server was so Amazing!!!! She had great personality! The Hostess had a great personality as well!!! However, The Burgers were dry, the ribs were dry, and for what we paid, I would have rather went to Burger King! Ribs are supposed to be juicy and not painful to eat. Burgers are supposed to be delightful! How do you burn an All American Cheeseburger? If the burger would have taste great, the bread would have been amazing. But you can not eat a dry burger and a lot of bread at the same time. (Choke sandwich) I usually don't complain, but for what we paid for that evening, I expected good food to be served.

    Come for the games, not the food. Ordered the bacon burger, my husband ordered wings. We were cautioned the wings would come out first. They did. 45 minutes later out comes my burger. Ordered it medium…got it cold and burnt. Took a minute to get our waitress, but finally did. She asked well how did you order it. Told her medium - she said well you want me to have them make you another one. Ummm, no thank you. It took 1.5 hours to get this one. And no, they were NOT busy. Had plenty of wait staff and open tables. The kitchen might have been struggling but the amount of managers on the floor definitely should have compensated for that.
