   There was a slam dunk deal on the table. The waiter didn't mention it, we don't know any better after we thought of adding after our dinner. Then they told us to order it while ordering food and I don't know the difference. We are disappointed we did paid a lot for the dinner. It's sucks so be cautious..

   We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's 30th birthday at Dave & Buster's. Our server was friendly and welcoming. Throughout dinner, she checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Other staff members had helped put on the NBA game for us, as requested. In terms of food, it was impeccable. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The kitchen did an excellent job. Thank you to everyone.

   Dave and Busters was perfect for a teen birthday dinner, lots of food choices and fun to be had. It's noisy but that's what you're going for. The sports lounge was great, amazing basketball booths facing a huge wall of TVs. Server Chris was terrific.

    Waited 20 minutes to be seated with a reservation then another 15 cause we were seated without menus and no server came by till I stopped one and asked, tried the Philly cheese steak asked for no green peppers due to allergies and was ignored not to mention the disgusting smell coming from my partners chicken would not recommend Dave and busters restaurant to anyone that being said the alcoholic drinks and games were good

    When we arrived, there was no one to greet us or seat us and we had to find someone. Once seated, it took a long time for service. Our waitress did the best she could considering they didn’t have enough staff. Errors were made by kitchen staff with food. A place like this is always busy so they should ensure they have sufficient staff,

    We had a blast. We were there with 4 adults and 3 young kids. Food was what we expected. Not fine dining, but pretty good. Stevie was our waiter and he was phenomenal! All in all, a fun night out for our whole family!

    Fun place. Service took a while. Waitress took a while to get to our table and so when we told her we would prefer to change to the bar area, she appeared ticked off to say the least. Nachos were good. Wouldn’t recommend the wings.

    Server was great! However, food was cold, wings were not fresh and overly sauced, and very small portions for the price. Kids were disappointed that they could get nothing at the store for under 800 points aside from bits of candy. It was a birthday dinner for our son and disappointing overall.

    We went for a birthday dinner with friends and had a great time. Our server Tarik was super friendly. The Philly dip was delicious. We all enjoyed our meals. There are so many cool games to play the boys did not want to leave. We loved it so much we actually went back later that week as a birthday bonus and had our same server and were extremely pleased with the service.

    Made two separate reservation as online booking wouldn’t allow for anything more than 6 per table. When parties arrived we had to wait for longer table to be cleared and ready to accommodate guests, as they had tables in different areas. We ordered drinks while we waited, drinks came half an hour or more later at which time table was ready for us. Did not see waitress again for at least half an hour. We ordered our meals and another round of drinks, waited 46 minutes, when food came two guests didn’t get their meal and had to wait longer. I waited almost an hour for my drinks and they came after my meal arrived. Waitress came twice to inquire about a my drink and shot I had ordered … seeing how she was non existent to our table and things were taking soo much time I told waitress to bring dessert for two of the birthday guests ASA… I ordered them when we ordered the meal! We hadn’t even played any of the games yet and we had been there three hours. We had another reservation to get to and as it was we were running very late. Dessert came and the cheesecake had hair in it, the other cake had sat out long as the ice cream was melted and cake was dry. Service was beyond poor and I would not not dine again

    The food was great, but I find the gaming value way overpriced. I went with the eat and play deal and had a $10 gaming card. I think I played two games. Had left over points on the card that were unusable because no game would operate for that few points.

    We had to wait about 45 minutes to be greeted by a member of the wait staff after being seated and couldn’t find the QR code that the menu said we could scan to order. When the hostess came over to ask if anyone had been with us and we said no, a waitress came about 15-20 minutes later. She was lovely and mentioned that it was her first day out of training. Not sure if that was the reason for the long wait but once she came over and took our orders we were really happy with her. Food and drinks were great.

    When I first walked in I asked where to go the young lady at the cashier was extremely rude.. due the noise I couldn't hear and thought she said check in on the app but she was talking about dining I asked her to repeat and she rolled her eyes and gave such attitude.. I was taken aback then I had to go up to the staff and ask to be seated although we made eye contact she kept walking around and I had to go up to her and say excuse me can I have a seat...and she's like oh you want to be seated? ( mind you I'm standing at the podium where you are supposed to wait before being seated) Food was ok ribs were nice, chicken parm was cold it it took a while to get the waitress wasn't sure either why.. Games ok it would accept my card and when I went to play It didn't work and I has to swipe 2x (I saw the green play) and this happened on a few games. Overall was ok

    It was our family fun night. We arrived on time but were told by the hostess the reservation was not a guarantee to have a table. We’d have to wait for 1 hour for a table for 4. We left.

    Our server was not helpful she only came to our table twice the whole time. I ordered my drink the second time and it didn’t come until I ask some other server and the food was ordered almost 30mins before talking to the manager and the server walked passed our table multiple times and didn’t even asked if I got my drink or food! Awful service from her didn’t even remember her name cause I wanted to get the heck outta there also we finished our food and she didn’t even come to ask if need cheque til we were leaving the table. Yea not going back there

    Overall it was good. Except for a rude bartender. We had 7 kids that were off doing games while we had drinks so I took their cups that they were done with and placed them on the bar. Only to have the bartender snap at me and say that it was the servers job. When I tried to explain he gave me a dirty look and walked away. Two other servers came and apologized to us for his behavior.

    Server was friendly but was hard to get a hold of to refill water. Portion sizes were small, especially for kids meals. My kids were still hungry after eating their pizza and Mac and cheese. Unfortunately, kids meals did not include a drink and dessert.. which most restaurants include.

    The waitress was great. The lady that brought the food to the table slammed the plates on the table. The food was nonexistent. There were hardly any fries on my son’s plate I had to Give him mine. The nachos were disgusting. Don’t eat here if you expect to have a decent dinner. Disappointed.
