Service was great, food was good too. The menu is misleading though, and it does not specify that the all you can eat wings deal is ONLY buffalo and bbq flavours. This was a big disappointment but everything else was good

We had a reservation, were given a table and then we were not acknowledged by any staff. This was for my son’s birthday. Not a single server greeted us, nobody gave us menus. It was bizzare. The kids were thirsty and hungry. We saw many servers helping others. In the end the kids finished playing and we went across the street to Boston pizza where we were acknowledged and received great service. Also, the volume was 90 decibels at Dave and busters - way too loud. In the end we were glad we left. We will not visit this establishment ever again.

Visited Dave & Buster's in Oakville with friends for advertised $22.99 AYCE wings, but server charged $25.99 pp because we were told that this was the Canadian price. Disappointed that beer tubes were also only available in the US, although it was listed on the menus we received in the restaurant. Limited wing flavors (honey bbq, buffalo, sriracha-honey), small portions (6-8 wings), and decreasing quantity with each order. Not recommended for AYCE wings… suggests a rethink of D&B’s marketing strategy for CANADIAN locations.💀

Wasted our time and they made us pay for the 2 pops that were barely touched before being advised of this crap and us leaving !! Horrible service. Horrible advertising. Horrible resolution !! The staff is friendly, but the service quality falls short. During our two-hour visit, the waiter only checked on us three times, and one of those times was to take our order. In an area known for poor restaurant service, this was among the worst. I repeat: everyone was very kind, but maybe it's under-staffed.

The restaurant area was quiet despite it being an arcade facility. The pub and children's birthday area are separate and much more loud. Food was mediocre. But the service was off the charts. They went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. An amazing night out!

Our server was often not available when we needed her. She would forget requests made and had to be asked multiple times. The burger she recommended was not juicy and overcooked. Tip was 15% regardless for her time and minimal effort.

Overall, the night was ok. We arrived, when I wanted to check in, they couldn’t find our reservation. Then, told us that it was because their open table app wasn’t working. We were celebrating my daughters birthday, we had made reservations that made this clear, asked that they make a big deal, no one acknowledged her, or her birthday. She was sad! The food was good for the most part. Everyone really enjoyed their meals, except me. I had the half rack of ribs. It was a piece with mostly the little cartilage bones. I had to pull the ultimate no-no and spit food out, several times, cause it was all cartilage and fat. There were only 3 actual full rib bones, and they had no meat on them. It was really disappointing for the price. The fries were good though. If it wasn’t for that I would have left hungry. Oh, the churros were really great. I could eat a million of them. The games were ok! Many of them weren’t working. We had several of them take away the tokens, but then wouldn’t actually work. I asked someone about that, and I was told to ‘get over it because they couldn’t do anything about it.’ It’s a shame, but we probably won’t be back.

Our dining experience at Dave and Busters was not very pleasant at all. My husband and I were with 3 kids and the service wasn’t great. We did get a table right away, which was awesome! But as soon as we sat down, it took about 10 minutes to get our waters and we did order right away as again, we did have 3 kids with us! The kids and my husband had ordered their meals. The kids meals came about 5-10 minutes after we ordered, but my husbands meal did not arrive at all … we couldn’t even find our waitress … anyways, the kids ended up finishing their meals and still my husbands meal did not arrive to our table. We finally found our waitress, but had to ask another waiter if we could have our bill (he asked who our waitress was and we showed him as she began to come towards our table) We told her we’d like the bill and said one of our meals didn’t arrive and all she said was sorry … and then ask “Should I take the meal off the bill?” … we have 3 kids and it’s taken this long … of course we’d like it off the bill! No trying to make it better on her end, just a sorry and here’s your bill.

There was a slam dunk deal on the table. The waiter didn't mention it, we don't know any better after we thought of adding after our dinner. Then they told us to order it while ordering food and I don't know the difference. We are disappointed we did paid a lot for the dinner. It's sucks so be cautious..

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's 30th birthday at Dave & Buster's. Our server was friendly and welcoming. Throughout dinner, she checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Other staff members had helped put on the NBA game for us, as requested. In terms of food, it was impeccable. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The kitchen did an excellent job. Thank you to everyone.

Dave and Busters was perfect for a teen birthday dinner, lots of food choices and fun to be had. It's noisy but that's what you're going for. The sports lounge was great, amazing basketball booths facing a huge wall of TVs. Server Chris was terrific.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated with a reservation then another 15 cause we were seated without menus and no server came by till I stopped one and asked, tried the Philly cheese steak asked for no green peppers due to allergies and was ignored not to mention the disgusting smell coming from my partners chicken would not recommend Dave and busters restaurant to anyone that being said the alcoholic drinks and games were good

When we arrived, there was no one to greet us or seat us and we had to find someone. Once seated, it took a long time for service. Our waitress did the best she could considering they didn’t have enough staff. Errors were made by kitchen staff with food. A place like this is always busy so they should ensure they have sufficient staff,

We had a blast. We were there with 4 adults and 3 young kids. Food was what we expected. Not fine dining, but pretty good. Stevie was our waiter and he was phenomenal! All in all, a fun night out for our whole family!

Fun place. Service took a while. Waitress took a while to get to our table and so when we told her we would prefer to change to the bar area, she appeared ticked off to say the least. Nachos were good. Wouldn’t recommend the wings.
