Had a reservation for a party of 10 for my daughter’s birthday. They wouldn’t seat us when we had 6 in our party present, even though the others we were waiting on were kids my daughter invited. When we finally were seated the waitress took forever (weekday and place was not full) even for just waters. The bartenders at the bar lagged on taking orders, they were too busy talking amongst themselves. The games were cool and a good variety, although expensive. The kids had fun and it was what the adults expected from a place like this.

Even after having a reservation it was a 15 minute wait. Our waitress was so kind, we just were missing a few things we’d asked for and that wasn’t great. Again she was so kind, she was just also busy so we were just missing quite a few things needed for a while into the meal.

First, I have to say the waitress we had was chill, attentive, and worked with us as we celebrated our son's birthday. The vibe of the eating area differs from the gaming side. It comes off as more of a social time to just vibe while the arcade side was of a free for all with the various colored lighting from the games. We had a great time but if you're taking older kids be prepared because they run out of points superfast (like first 15 minutes fast). Games average about 7-9 points per game so the 200 point option didn't quite cut it for us.

Unfortunately our waiter was not very attentive. The food was not very warm, definitely not worth the price. The games are definitely overpriced. Used to love going to Dave & Busters, sadly we won't be going back.

Busy. Service was slow to start, but did customer service. Salmon was salty, truffle fries were good. Great did get together with friends n family. They gave discount for military n first responders.

The girls who checked us in were more worried about texting and their appearance than taking care of my party of 12. We waited for our table for over an hour then just to be told that she was waiting for me to gather my people when we had already been moved once over to another side where another team of ours was seated.

I love this place it's very fun. You can order veggie burgers with NO meat that's something great for people that are quiting meat. Also I ĺike very much the arcade of Ghostbusters it's definitely for vegans I think, because the game show a kitchen and the ghosts are turkeys perfect for me and I think that teach us a lesson to respect animals.

We were there for our churches youth outing and from beginning to end was amazing. Thank you for the footballs coupons and letting me know my lost phone was at the front desk. Our server get a whole lot of kudos as well she was awesome. Oh and let me know for get the table picture that is a nice touch being that the servers are alway being asked to take a picture. Thank you

It was disappointing to tell half of my bday party to not come for dinner since they were running 15 min late. I had a party of 11 reservation and six of us were there on time. They wouldn’t seat us unless 70% of the group was there. And they still charged us gratuity. Really disappointing

The waitress was horrible, only acknowledged herself once and never catch her name. We gad a few different waitress halfway through the night. The food was soggy, but hot. The service overall was just bad.

Felt bad for the servers. Not enough staff. Half the food came out at different times. We waited for small plates for the appetizers for about 20 minutes. We had to hunt down servers for refills. We had a party of 16 so we spent quite a bit of money and expected a little more.

Food: stick to the classics burgers, fries n wings. Drinks: not impressed, way to sweet n not enough boose. Service: way to chill... took for ever for them to retrieve empty plates. Maybe they were short staffed. It could have been better for the tip they got. Pay cash. Ambiance: Great for different age groups. Need to have more hand sanitizer stations n sani wipes available.

The rack of ribs were so over cooked, they tasted like jerky. The shrimp appetizer was very yummy, as if it had been reheated. The service was pretty bad, orders were mixed up, drinks took forever, and they were out of most of things I asked for. Luckily the games were fun, otherwise it would have been a pretty disappointing birthday.

Service was all done through the app so when we had questions regarding the menu there was no one around to help us. Server finally came about 20 min after we sat down but we had already ordered the food through the app. The server wasn’t very friendly and didn’t know much about the menu either. In addition, the food was either very greasy, cold or not very good. They also gave us a different drink because the one we ordered wasn’t available but they didn’t have the courtesy to tell us beforehand and had to find out ourselves after asking about it.

What happened to Dave and Busters? Menu has been decimated, and what remains is incredibly expensive for cold soggy food. I get that we have supply chain issues, and Dave and Busters is not exactly high quality to begin with. But man they went from appropriately priced average food to expensive dumpster finds that might make a raccoon think twice. Really sad about last night’s visit. What used to be a fun place to hang out for get-togethers is just a gross ball pit filled with cold wings. Seriously, if Chuck E. Cheese now has better food, you’re in trouble.

Our server, Jeffrey M., was very attentive and super helpful. Even though the volume of the TVs became a little too loud near the end of our meal (there was a special sporting event being shown on only a few screens), the rest of the evening was great.
