Loved the tapas menu - reminded me of some favorite meals in Barcelona. I do want to go back and try some additional items (fyi - the shrimp are cooked perfectly). Only recommendation - have an even number of shrimp in those dishes so two people don’t have to argue over that last one 😁

Food, as always, was very good. The price has increased a bit much but it’s still worth it. The noise level was a problem. I would suggest no music when there is a full house.

Tried this place again and it’s was okay. Servers were nice but it just didn’t flow. Food was good but not “holy crap!” good. Ambience is nice. Wine selection was meh…not bashing just nothing outstanding for us.

This is a hidden gem, the best tapas in Albuquerque by far. The owners and staff go above and beyond to make each guest feel welcome like you've entered their kitchen. The seafood paella makes you feel like you're in Barcelona, but somehow, they have made this even better than any paella I've had in Spain. The variety of tapas makes this an excellent place for vegan, pescatarian, or carnivorous. We enjoyed the paella so much that we went for two consecutive days—a nice variety of wine and some of the best desserts.

Food and staff were wonderful. We sat outside which was pretty with the lights and quieter as inside was packed. Overall great spot for a romantic dinner.

After making a reservation and being seated at the bar instead of our reserved table, I requested the reservation not be ignored, and the GM gave us a table. Afterwards she rolled by and asked "I got you a table. Are you happy now?" It could have been innocent but sure didn't feel that way. It really seemed like the white customers were getting preferential and more attention. Not an expensive restaurant, and a decent ambiance. Would not recommend if you are a POC.

We have enjoyed this little place for a couple of years. Everyone is so friendly and the food is fresh and very flavorful. They just changed up the menu a bit and it’s great.

The tapas were a great way to try many flavors and tasty dishes. The service was exceptionally good and the manager Kennedy was a great sport with are playful banter. She was attentive even as she was training a new staff member. It was a great experience overall and would recommend a dining out evening if you are visiting Albuquerque.

I loved this restaurant. They have mant Tapas to choose and they were all delicious. Great selection of wine...many local wines. We spent 2 hours enjoying our meal and did not feel rushed. My husband and I will definitely be back.

Cutest Spanish place in Albuquerque. The food was amazing, my friend and I sat at the bar and Kennedy, bartender made the best drinks. Highly, highly recommend checking out!

The traps offering were excellent in every respect: presentation, timeliness, taste. The dessert offerings were limited and ordinary. It would be nice to know that the coffee offered is a piñon-flavored bread. I like that Debajo supports local businesses, but the are local roasters that offer unadulterated coffees.

The concept is great, cocktails are solid, and the food is okay. James, our server is top-notch. At this point, I would recommend the restaurant for cocktails and apps. However, I will go again to try some different dishes. They are worthy of another try.

Very nice quiet dinner, the Gambas and Queso Manchego and salad were really really good along with the Margarita and Biscochito drinks. The pincho de pollo were quite dry and at best average, wish they would do like Malaysian satay and use dark meat which is much more moist. The mushrooms were pretty good but not really flavorful.

Our group tried a variety of items off the menu. Most needed salt to enhance the flavor. I did love the asparagus this time! Much better than the last time I was there. The horchata drink was delicious!

Pretty lackluster to be honest. The ceviche was probably the worst I've ever had. It was about 85% onion. The best items are the croquettes but the other items were just ok. Not sure I'll be back. The previous tapas menu was better but I can only guess with new ownership much of what was good is gone. I can't give you a review of dessert. I opted to go elsewhere for that. I didn't want to risk spending more money on something disappointing.

We were headed to another event and didn’t have a lot of time, so we only had three dishes. The asparagus, which was good but would have been better if the bundles were smaller and the ham wasn’t cooked as hard. The stuffed sweet peppers. They were good but needed more chorizo. The pork belly, which was excellent. We will return when we have more time.

Riley provided exceptional service. I think this is one of Albuquerque's best restaurants. The food is delicious, and they have an interesting and varied wine list. Highly recommended.

your chicken skewers tasted like frozen food reheated. Your cheese was disgusting. Im sorry for $200 that we spent, it wasnt worth it.

We love going to Debajo. It's a regular in our rotation of restaurants. They have a good selection of tapas; both with meat and without. The wine selection is good as well. We like to sit at the bar if it is just the two of us. Damien takes good care of us there. But we also enjoy sitting outside during the warmer months.
