    I made reservation for my birthday dinner while staying at the Wyndham Grand. Make reservations was super easy, we were greeted politely when we arrived. Our seating was very nice and it wasn't loud and the ambience was very pleasant. Our waitress was superb, she was attentive, pleasant, and so kind. We even took a picture because she was so awesome. I suggest getting the seafood, it was said to be very good. I had steak and it wasn't to my liking. Everyone was so nice and the restaurant is beautiful and I also loved the open kitchen and wine selection. I would definitely visited again and recommend anyone to visit.

    Great service and the food was excellent. We’ve been here several times and we will be back. Disappointed they narrowed the menu - hooping they’ll bring a filet option back. The chicken was phenomenal.

    This is a nice place to go and get away a bit from the more touristy areas at Disney. The food is good and there is a decent variety of items, although there is less seafood than you'd think. Our server, Rachel, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items. We wen with many of her suggestions and were happy with them.

    This was an unfortunate experience. We chose to go back to Deep Blu after being there 3 nights before when we had a wonderful experience…4 to 5 stars from food and service. We went back expecting the same experience, instead we got stale bread, burned and overcooked food, one grouper meal was inedible ( they took that one off the bill) The server was less than mediocre. We were extremely disappointed and now probably would not go back there. Very obvious there were different chefs in the kitchen from the 2 days

    We came here for sea food and sushi. Had to ask for sushi menu and seafood choices were limited and way too expensive. Valleys parking $38! Food was mediocre

    Simply horrible food. Vegetables hard, fries with much too much pepper, macaroni with cheese simply unbeatable. Worst food we ate here in the US. Service really sluggish, no welcoming greetings, any smile from the employees, some speak very bad English. Explanations about all you can eat service very unclear and confusing.

    Staff was so friendly, attentive. Waiter was very knowledgeable about menu items, and did a really great job overall. Food was just eh; a steak, in a pricey surf&turf meal, was actually borderline terrible. Grouper in crabmeat had too much of a rich, but not very flavorful, sauce. Nice place but prob wouldn't go back

    Great wine! Decent steaks and seafood as well. Service was prompt. Hotel restaurant that wasn’t terribly busy and they were able to get us in last minute on a Saturday evening! Definitely worth a try!

    Coming into the restaurant was a nice atmosphere, the waitress was very attentive and the menu looked great. Once she took our order she seemed to care very little about us as we were a party of 7… autormaric gratuity. More than 2 of us sat with dirty plates and forks and knives together clearly finished for more than ten minutes. I was never offered a second glass of wine, the glass I did get was dirty. All in all a $550 bill for mediocre at best service means I will not come back despite the food being mostly fantastic, minus the charcuterie board which came with bread that looked like it was from a bag at publix. The first basket of bread she brought us was noticeably stale. To top it off - while leaving the restaurant through the lobby we were chatting to an employee explaining how we had trouble buying tickets to one of the theme parks… he said he could help and after 15 minutes of chatting turned out he wanted us to sign up for a timeshare presentation. Thanks for wasting our time. All in all I have a sour taste about the whole experience from the stale bread to the dirty dishes to the inattentive waiter (She wasn’t busy the restaurant was less than half full). I had a great view of the back where all the waitresses were standing around chatting. Oh- and I waited outside the only stall mens restroom for an excessive amount of time (past five minutes) with my 7 year old son while one of the restaurant staff members was facetiming with laughing hysterically while on the phone in the stall. he walked out with his phone in hand and said abruptly “gotta go” and giggled and walked away. not sure who is running that place but it needs a serious wake up call if you want to be a 5 star restaurant.

    Me and my husband went here two years ago for a wedding anniversary and the food was amazing! 10/10. So when we went to rebook I made sure to get reservations again. 2 years later. I have never sent back food but honestly for the price $$$ I wanted my food hot and cooked right. started with the soup which is not soup its a potato puree with absolutely no flavor. Next i had the crab mac n cheese which was just really a weird texture and gross; some of the noodles were still hard and it had so much oil in it honestly I was worried it would upset my stomach. My husband had the lamb ragu which honestly i think I've had better hamburger helper in comparison. we were so dissipated with appetizers and entree that we skipped dessert. we shared a bottle of wine which they had priced at 58$ for the bottle only to see the following week at publix for 14.99. I understand making a profit but that is utterly ridiculous! Our server was the same from 2 years ago she was just as awesome and charismatic as before. She remembered the menu and said they had switched chefs 3 times since, the menu has changed and a new company has taken over and has been making changes for lower grade/quality food and still charging the same prices. they have lost a lot of staff due to this reason and honestly will not be returning to this restaurant. will take my money elsewhere.

    I highly recommend Deep Blu if you’re celebrating an anniversary, going out on a date or just want to a breath taking experience. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and decided to come to Deep Blu. Before entering the restaurant, we were greeted by one of the sweetest and heartwarming greetings since visiting Florida (Mrs. Angeline). We were served by the amazing Ms. Jillian W. Hugs of appreciation sent her way. Ms. Jillian W. Went above and beyond to ensure our anniversary dinner was a 10/10. We truly appreciate it. The restaurant itself is beautiful. Very clean and organized. The view is over the resort, where you have the view of the lakefront, pools and fountains.

    We dinned on the September special menu which was a 3 course meal, with a choices at each course. We both had the Mahi mahi ceviche appetizer (which almost was a meal in Itself!) it was outstanding! We both had the swordfish main plate. There were lots of ooohs and ahhhs as we ate. My husband had the warm apple and walnut cake with cinnamon ice cream and I had the decadent chocolate cake. The price per person was $60. The value was amazing and the restaurant donated a portion to a charity….. fabulous. I cannot say enough get things about this restaurant and the staff.

    Outstanding restaurant! This was the 2nd time we went to this restaurant during magical dining and it was excellent again! I love this place, it's wait staff and the food! You can not go wrong dining here!

    Food was good. Seafood was cooked perfectly. Service a little slow for as uncrowded as it was. Menu selections for Magical Dining were a good sample of the main menu. The main menu was rather limited in selections. Somewhat overpriced for Magical Dining. IT's a near Disney resort so maybe they loose customers to Disney Springs.

    We had a wonderful dinner and drinks at deep blu Seafood Grille and Sushi. The sushi selection the waiter recommended was phenomenal and enjoy by everyone in our party. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back.

    We really enjoyed the restaurant. The food (Ribeye Steaks and Crab Crusted Grouper) was outstanding and the restaurant itself was beautiful. The server brought us two desserts on the house because my sister and I were celebrating our birthdays. Very kind of them. The chocolate cake was exceedingly rich but none of us cared for the guava pana cotta....odd texture. Still it was beautifully presented and our feeling was it just wasn't to our particular taste. The service was another thing. We were greeted very warmly by the hostess at the front of the restaurant, which was empty when we arrived. The table chosen for us was under vents and we asked for a different table, which was immediately obliged. The odd thing about the seating is that the restaurant is quite large....yet the first 3 tables to arrive were seated on top of each other. Why? This should be reconsidered, especially in this day and age. The server and her assistant were pleasant and eager to please. The server did a very nice job of presenting the dinner. The assistant was less attentive and let the water glasses run dry. It was also difficult for us to get our check as the server did not come by once everything was served. In sum, the food and the ambience is excellent, the operations leave a bit to be desired.

    Excellent, start to finish, for our large group business dinner. Service was wonderful, something we don’t often say anymore. Food was delicious and the menu was varied enough with something for everyone. Nice wine selections, and informative staff when it came to beverage choices. We reserved a table for six, and soon realized we needed more. I messaged the restaurant, hoping to get five more seats. Even though they didn’t open till 530 they courteously replied later that afternoon.

    Amazing dinner at Blu Seafood Grill at the Wyndham Grand! We had dinner with party of 10 which the restaurant accommodated with EASE! Our server “Rebecca” was exceptional and a joy to be around. She is truly remarkable in her hospitality and attention to detail. Two of us had the Grouper with a crab crust and Bernaise Sauce…. which was cooked to perfection. We loved our meal and service so much we cake back the very next evening and did it all over again…..yes we actually had the Grouper two nights in a row! We were fortunate enough to have Rebecca as service again and she is truly a treasure. It was that good and we highly recommend.
