   Our waiter and service he provided was excellent. Very nice young man. I’m sure his parents are pleased. We went at happy hour and it was a pleasant experience. 🙂

   First time. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was underwhelming- presentation was great, but flavor was lacking. We tried the hawaiian roll, pork tacos, brussel sprouts and chopped salad. Chopped salad was great.

    First time dining here and everything was wonderful. We booked based on the menu and since it’s a Friday during Lent we were looking for some good seafood. Everything we ordered was great! We will definitely dine here again!

    Missed the mark for a Cameron Mitchell restaurant. Very limited bar and appetizer menu. Will not go back.

    Took my mom to lunch, had the hawaiin roll with fried oysters, a chicken sandwich and the beef chow fun, with olive oil cake for dessert. Food was incredible, as always. Maya was our server and she was absolutely top-tier; personable, knowledgable, friendly, funny and attentive. I highly recommend if you haven't tried Del Mar, to do so. Tell 'em Dylan sent you - they don't know me, so it'll do nothing but confuse them. Hahaha.

    The food was delicious as usual! The oysters were fresh, the guacamole was flavorful and my halibut was perfectly prepared! Each of my friends were equally satisfied with their meals. I was disappointed that the bread was a separate charge and not introduced that way..so it was a little surprising to see it on our bill. Still, the overall experience was great and I will definitely return.

    Beautiful restaurant and has AMAZING food. However, if you're looking for a nice quiet spot to take someone to have a meaningful conversation this is NOT that place on a Saturday night. The noise was so loud my husband and I had to lean in close to talk to each other. Not really the romantic place we were hoping for. The food and the wait staff were awesome and the price was worth every penny.

    Our server Maggie was EXCELLENT!! She was very attentive and had everything come out on time as we had let her know we had another engagement after dinner. We ordered fried oysters, colossal crab, brussel sprouts, and potato bread. All of our starters were very good the favorite was the fried oysters (placed an order to go) and least favorite was the potato bread (only because it was a little salty). Entrées were halibut and salmon and they were cooked perfectly and seasoned well! For dessert we shared the coconut sherbet and it was a nice finish to our meal.

    My wife and I dined at Del Mar for a Valentines Day dinner. Overall great experience. The food was delicious and unique. Our server was very friendly and insightful when we asked questions/recommendations. It was not over pricy when comparing to similar restaurants we have dined at. The only slight downside was how busy it was (given we dined on V Day) but we preemptively arrived early and were seated minutes after our reservation time. We will dine again at Del Mar.
