   Excellent experience. I called the day before, and Ryan (I hope I spelt her name correctly) to ask if we could get a seating accommodation for my pregnant wife, and we were placed at a table at the perfect height. Our server was Angela, she was outstanding. Since it was my wife’s birthday (May 27), we were offered a comp dessert to slip. The cheesecake was delectable. Only complain: We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer. It was so fresh (the bread and tomatoes) that it came apart when we ate it. My complaint is that the plates we were given for our app were a little too small. Angela brought us more napkins. Overall value, excellent. I felt I got what I paid for.

   Great for groups and celebrating events! We requested the private room for 15 people (2nd time doing this) and it had always been a great experience. The service is very friendly and attentive, and the food/drinks are delicious. They also accommodated gluten-free options for 1 person in our party which is always appreciated. Hoping the veal parm will be back on the menu in the future!

   My sister and I visited this past weekend while staying in St.Jacobs. This was one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been too. Service and ambiance were excellent and the food was spectacular. The fresh made noodles were to die for, and both the tomato sauce and parmasean cream sauce were delicious, they also brought to the table a tower pot loaf of bread fresh out of the oven with two flavoured butter. So many choices on the menu. Very impressed.

   The service and atmosphere was very good. The food on the other hand was not what I expected. The portions were good but the taste was not. The meal was too salty which overtook the overall taste. Don’t know that I would rush back there are too many other options that are better value.

    I attended the steakhouse upstairs on this past Boxing Day. I got the chicken mushroom Marsala. They said the downstairs was closed but that some of the items were on the same menu. The dish I had on Boxing Day was my favourite dish all time. I needed to try dels downstairs and I ordered the mama Mia meatball and spaghetti. I was extremely disappointed with the quantity and the taste.

    The food was fantastic! We ordered off the gluten friendly and vegetarian menu which has a good range of choices. The food was pleasingly presented with great flavour and a texture that did not feel like gluten free pasta. The portion size was generous and they provided environmentally friendly containers to take home what I couldn’t finish. Our server, Luca, was appropriately attentive and ensured we were happy with the wine and the food. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to returning.

    I went with my friend to celebrate her bday. Towards the end of the meal, our server let her know that she could choose any dessert off the menu, free of charge!! Talk about going above & beyond. What a kind gesture! That really impressed me. Thank you again, we will most certainly be back!!

    Everything was great! You will be hard pressed to find a place that will have this level of great service, great food, cleanliness, and comfort. We had a couple steaks, a couple pizzas, and a pasta and chicken dish. Great job Del's!!!

    Pizza was undercooked the crab seafood ravioli from the Sardinia menu was to salty I can say the quality of the food has gone down a bit used to have better dishes on the past that are no longer available

    Our server was great. Our food took a very long time to come out, and the adults food was brought out before our 2 children got their food (like several minutes before). My spouse tried the seafood bowl which was rice in some broth with seafood on top, it was quite bland but he didn't want to wait to try and order something else. He also got a what we believe was a spine in his calamari which got stuck in his throat so not so pleasant.

    Food choices were interesting - May is Sicilian Month, therefore great seafood choices. Wine list has all the favourites, but maybe needs a few more choices. Service was perfect, attentive but not hovering. Happy to see they still had the flower pot bread - always delicious!

    I had dinner with 2 friends and it was great! The food was so delicious (I recommend the spinach and artichoke dip). Our waitress was so friendly and attentive. It was the perfect place to have great conversations and amazing food.

    Food was delicious and hot. Our server was wonderful and very sweet! We were celebrating my mother in laws birthday and we had a great time! My wife is gluten free and the gluten free penne was cooked perfectly which isn’t easy! Great job!

    Service was very good. Did not like the Ciaco Chicken bowl lacked flavour and was bitter tasting to me. The garlic pesto that came on the side was the only "sauce" it came with and it was totally over powering. The server was very apologetic and offered to get me something different to eat. The manager also came over to apologize and offered me something else from the kitchen. I wasn't hungry anymore so I didn't take them up on the offer but they were kind enough to take the creme brulee off our bill which was an unexpected surprise. I have to say that the old Del Dante's was cozy and had so much charm and character. I find the renovations make the restaurant look bland typical of a modern renovation . Bring back the charm of old world Italy. The music that was playing overhead was a good volume making it easy to have conversations and hear each other however the style of music is your typical modern music that you can find on any station playing in a mall or retail store. No ambiance at all. I suppose the music goes with updated look of the restaurant...which lacks charm and something special from days gone by. I miss the old Del Dante's.

    Pros: food was good. Love the bread! Cons: Salad wasn’t done and hot food arrived so the entree got cold while we finished appetizers. Server did not offer to refresh water. Lighting was way too dim. Needed a phone flashlight to read the menu at that table.

    Service very slow. We were seated in a corner under the stairs. Seamed like we were forgotten about. Had to flag down our waitress to order extra drinks, extra water. Well over 2 hours for dinner for 4 people Dinner was finished, waitress asked if we wanted anything else we said no, came back 1/2 later finally with bill
