We were told as we sat down by Nick, who was awesome and attentive, that Michelle would be helping also. We had to ask for our menus, Nick did provide. Only thing Michelle did was fill our already full water glass and folded the napkins after a trip to the restroom. Not sure of her job title or duties. Our food took a very long time to come out because of a large group ahead of us. We were apologized to and appreciated the free desserts. Just took a long time to dine. We’ve been here many many times and have always had great service. Indeed, Nick was trying his best to expedite things. We compensated his hard work & sincerity with a very generous tip. Hope to return!

My wife and I shared a 10oz filet and the seared scallops. Both were delicious! We ordered the steak medium rare and it was just a touch on the rare side but very tender and juicy! The service was excellent very attentive but not overbearing. A very enjoyable evening for our 33rd anniversary!

Reservation was at 8:15, servers get to discriminate on what body types are appropriate for their dress code. After being sat our table at 8:30, our server Jai, did not place input our food order until 9:35 our food did not arrive to our table until 10 pm. After speaking with the manager Emily, in her condescending tone, she basically put all the nights issues on her staff, and disregarded our dissatisfaction. It was the worst part of my New Orleans trip, and made for a horrible 30th birthday dinner. The locals working at McDonald’s was 10x more pleasant then the experience I had. Please save your money, and time for even after scheduling a reservation you may not get your food until 1 hour and 45 mins later.

There were 7 of us for dinner . Most of us had steak but one person had the pork chops and someone had the fish. Everyone enjoyed their main course. The Caesar salad was nothing special - for the price, i would not order that again. The sides we got were the creamed spinach and au gratin potatoes. The spinach was delicious, the potatoes were fine-I'd probably choose something different next time. The service was excellent and prompt . The prices were a little high but I'd say in line with other steakhouses and I don't mind paying if the service and food is good. We will definitely return.

My daughter had to use the restroom right before the food showed up. She ordered soup. Upon her return, the waiter immediately asked if she wanted a new one since it may not be at the proper temperature anymore. Now that is service!

Ruth’s Chris has been my steakhouse for a long long time. However, their quality in the last six or eight months has seriously declined! Gave Desi Vega steaks another try and absolutely loved the food. The appetizer special was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was some sort of pumpkin ravioli. That was amazing. A little loud on a Friday night but that’s to be expected.

Desi's is the perfect place for a couples date night, a group of four to six to eight and there are rooms available for larger parties. The menu is fabulous, the food is divine and the service is first class. In addition, the bar is such fun and happy hour there is the best!!!

Steaks were charred and over cooked. Went there for a birthday and other than the waiter saying “Happy Birthday” there was nothing special about it. At least Ruth’s Chris has sprinkles on the table and they sing “Happy Birthday” and they present a Happy Birthday dessert plate. First and last time. Steak wasn’t fit for a dog and the server placed the hot splashing butter in front of me from above and the butter was splashing and burning my neck. Didn’t complain but I should have. The waiter was shocked when we said we were finished. It was terrible.

…. We had Blaine and Char,, both were very good. Char visited our table frequently and was a great help. Food was good . We were a table of 6.. we all got the filet ,,, all were cooked to perfection except one of the steaks ordered medium was almost well done . The person getting this steak said it was ok, since we had waited an extra long time between our salads and the serving of our main course. We were at the restaurant at 5:00 pm and finally left at 7:30 pm

Food was excellent! Service was friendly, professional, and accurate, and value was reasonable. There is a beautiful piano on premises that is not being used. I suggest hiring someone to play during peak hours to enhance the atmosphere. Everything was very enjoyable and we will return soon!

"Twin" was our server/host they were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and daily special. I had the Lamb chops.. the best I've eaten. My guest had the surf and turf. The presentation of the food was amazing. The steak was flavorful, and the lobster tail was perfect!! We will definitely dine her again!
