It’s a story of three brothers celebrating their love of the past, whose fond memories of summer road trips with mom and dad was a foodie’s ultimate adventure. If you are looking for a cool place with a chill vibe, in downtown Montreal you can not beat Deville Bar! From the moment we walked in my wife and I, until we left we were treated to service with a smile, (pretty rare these days) excellent, tasty and interesting meal choices and very comfortable seating. Try the Onion Rings, they will blow you away and the Rib eye, sauce on the side, it’s that good! Not to mention the funky retro and new age mix decor. We loved it and will definitely go back. This is definitely our new go to place for a nice meal and ambiance when we are in the downtown Montreal core. Highly recommend checking it out, try a booth if available. You will not be disappointed!!!

Même le serveur ne nous entendait pas et nous devions répéter plusieurs fois notre choix. Je comprends que la musique est indispensable à une bonne ambiance et d’habitude j’aime ça, mais là c’était beaucoup trop. Je suis ressortie avec un mal de gorge comme si j’avais passé la nuit en discothèque… c’est bien dommage, ça a gâché notre soirée. Very good atmosphere and food, but much too loud music! Impossible to get along at a table of 4. Even the waiter did not hear us and we had to repeat our choice several times. I understand that music is essential to a good atmosphere and usually I like it, but it was too much. I came out with a sore throat as if I had spent the night in a disco... it's a shame, it ruined our evening.
