DEXTER is a no rules approach to American BBQ brought to you by Adam Goldblatt, Sam and Tom Peasnell. Our meatery features the best Australian produce which is treated the right way. Chefs Tom (Pitt Cue Co, London) and Adam (Homeslice, London) pay homage to the low and slow traditions of American BBQ utilising smoking, chargrill techniques and pair this with flavours from Mexico, China, France and alike. The philosophy is a meat first approach, where a dish is formulated from the unique characteristics of the meat (or vegetable) for a truly unique meat experience. Think salted caramel ribs, hot meat donuts and dry aged Ribeye's.

    Dexter are good at what they do best. Meat. And of course the bone marrow mash. Great service, never leave you wanting for more. Only criticism- the "spicy" jalapeno poppers were not at all spicy, and the jalapeno was quiet raw on the inside (although warm). Potentially may need to be fried for a minute or so longer. Other than that, food was fantastic as always.

    Busy even on a Wednesday night. I got a carpark right out front.. and as I was way too early, I stayed in the car and people watched. Though I did end up going in early and had a predinner drink while waiting for my friends to join. The Meat donuts are a must hahaha

    Had the meat donut, brisket, strip steak , chicken burger and cos wedge salad. All outstanding, and margarita was excellent also!
