    Our meals were excellent, very flavorful, creative, and unique. I would have given five stars if there would have a vegan option or two. There were vegetarian options i chose and they were grand!

    Absolutely love Dish. Food and drinks have always been spectacular. Dish is clearly growing in popularity and justifiably so. However, with that growth, some reinvestment into training of staff would go along way to bring the total restaurant experience from very good/great to exceptional. I would say staff are friendly and well intended, but quality of service will vary significantly by staff member. Training staff on placement of drinks, cutlery, and how to place entrees on the table, follow up on another round of drinks or when to present desert options - could transform the experience and have the overall service be commensurate with the quality of drinks and food.

    Just an amazing experience. Our party ordered mostly a series of small plates and each one was a delight. There were so many textures and flavors and unusual pairings. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

    DISH was wonderful. Fantastic and creative chef. Great service staff. The rating scale was unclear to me, but the noise level was very appropriate for the setting. Best of all, we were able to be moved to indoor seating since the temps were still high!

    Our favorite entree is the duck breast. Service is excellent. Nice high end restaurant in Lincoln and is definitely worth a visit.

    Another incredible evening at Dish. Our wait person was patient as our group was chatty and slow to look at the menu. From drinks to appetizers to entrees, everything was outstanding. Topped off with an incredible dessert. I have never had a bad meal at Dish. It is a little on the pricey side but worth every penny.

    We were thrilled to get a reservation the day before….not sure how hard it would be. Brunch was delicious, as all of our meals at Dish are. Jon was our server. As always, he was excellent and charming. Thank you!

    Never disappointed in the creativity of the menu selection…the kale salad has the best flavor combinations and textures…apricot Bellini was extremely refreshing…and service…well we have become friends over the years and that is a plus!…make sure to save room for ice cream and IF chicken lollipops come back…thank you DISH as always!

    Highest quality in Lincoln. We eat here annually for our anniversary and should eat at Dish more often! Be ready for a long dinner, but that's the way it's supposed to be at a quality restaurant.

    DISH is a marvelous restaurant for an eclectic delicious menu with artful presentation. I wish I could convince the kitchen to cut back on red pepper heat. It interferes with all red wines.

    I had the salmon & my friend had the steak tips but the crème de La crème was the butterscotch pot de crème. You simply have to save room for this scrumptious finisher. The ambiance was relaxing, the service very good. I would highly recommend it for a special meal.

    Been coming here for years and always had a great experience until last night. Our reservation was for 7:30, showed up 5 minutes early. The small plate, family style format was explained so we made or way through several of the small plates, cocktails and wine. Around 8:45 our waitress Zoe came up and asked if we’d like dessert. We said we’d like to move on to trying some of the entrees but she informed us the kitchen was already closed, only doing desserts. She told us the kitchen closed at 8:30, but at no point did she ever notify us or ask if we’d like to order any more food. She was unapologetic, condescending and sent her first year manager over with the bill. Our first-time guests from out of town were shocked at our treatment, in addition to causing Dish to lose hundreds of dollars of additional business from our meal cut short. The food was excellent, but don’t know if we’ll ever be back and certainly not recommending to others anymore.

    New menu is simply fantastic. The amount of flavors in a single bite is incredible. One needs to go several times in order to experience everything on the menu and I'm sure there won't be a single disappointment. We're definitely going back next weekend.

    I love that DISH changes their menu frequently, and for that reason I will try them again. However, I found the food that wasn't over-salted to be too spicy for my weak pallet. I intentionally left the spicy sauce off my salmon, but I did not expect the potatoes to cause me to drain my water glass followed by my husband's. The bigger disappointment was the steak tartare. This is a favorite of mine that I order wherever it is on the menu - a rare occasion in Lincoln. The crackers it was served with and the tartare itself were so salty, I could not get through the plate.

    Three of us ordered the same item, the kimchi & bacon fried rice, and each of us raved. Very, very good. I'd have given 5 stars if we hadn't had to ask for the music to be turned down. We like to be able to have a conversation without having to raise our voices because of overhead music. Otherwise, it was a nice brunch experience.

    Trying to be a fancy restaurant. But- servers need to look nicer. And a small flower centerpiece on each table would be nice. Food is good- but needs a little more variety. My husband ordered a bourbon-7 but received a bourbon coke. I had a Cosmopolitan but it wasn’t very good and had no garnish. Prices were reasonable. Large servings. We will return another time.
