   Our meals did not come out as described on the menu, but this was corrected after we pointed it out. The host was not overly apologetic or accommodating. A code is needed for the washroom and was provided after we asked for it. Using the code still never worked for me. It is apparent this could be a great spot for a group outing, but service level could be upped a fair bit.

   The flatbread was too thick and doughy. The flavors were nice though. Hubby had the clubhouse which was okay. Nothing special here. We wouldn’t go back.

    We stood at the door with 3 or 4 other groups waiting for the hostess who I think was the ONLY waitress that was staffed that night. She was very apologetic. We sat and realized that the kitchen was so backed up that there was no way we would have received our food or drinks for that matter on time as we had Oilers tickets. We were there 2 hours prior to our game time. Waitress was very polite and apologetic but was honest that we would not be served in a timely fashion so we made the choice to leave. We had no other reservations obviously so we were out of Luck for a nice dinner out. Concession food we are unfortunately. I can’t say I would ever feel comfortable with booking this restaurant again.

    Quiet Sunday brunch @ 11am with just a few other tables, lunch menu was also available, had eggs benedict and it was delicious, sourdough toast was a nice touch, partner had an omelet he swore was very tasty; service was attentive but not pushy and very fast, loved it...the space, though, is truly remarkable, a night-and-day transformation from Coco's, the Delta City Centre should be pleased to have this eatery as its own. Top floor opposite the cinema. Will be back.

    This is a great place to host an office get together. Lots of space with great seating alternatives and good flow. The food and drinks are very good and the service is always excellent. Highly recommend.

    Great service, unfortunately many options on the menu were not available despite being an almost empty restaurant - didn’t have the beers listed, food menu items such as “Buffalo mozzarella” was actually just regular mozzarella.

    I’ve been wanting to check out this restaurant before an Oilers game for many months. We finally did tonight. It was a Saturday night game that started at 8:00. We had reservations and arrived at the restaurant very early (5:45). The restaurant was NOT ready for the hockey crowd. They were completely understaffed and the service was unbelievably slow. It took over 10 minutes for anyone to come even greet us at the table. We finally had water and drinks after 20 minutes of sitting at which time we ordered our food. We didn’t get our food until almost 7:00 (over an hour wait). The wings were good, but they were cold which indicates that they had been ready for a while and just sitting in the kitchen. The Caesar salad was pretty bad. How do you screw up a Caesar salad? Pizza was decent. For a restaurant that is 1 block away from Rogers Place, it is completely unacceptable that you’re not somewhat ready to serve a rush before the game. Or at least communicate with the tables when there are delays. After we had ordered and were waiting, we saw many other tables just get up and leave. No communication from the servers. We saw a lot of servers running around, but didn’t seem to be doing much at all. Very few dishes were coming out of the kitchen and the drinks were incredibly slow. I’m not one to complain while at a restaurant. I’ll just put up with the terrible service. Then never come back. It’s too bad because this seems to be a fantastic location for dining before hockey games. But we’ll never come back and I’ll warn everyone to stay away from this restaurant.

    Clearly understaffed on this visit, it took nearly 25 minutes to place and receive our drink order. However, the staff were doing their best with their limited personnel. I will go again.

    We made a reservation and waited 10 minutes to be seated. Once seated we waited for 30 minutes for a server to take our order. After another 20 minutes with no beverage, not even water, we left. Will not come back. Such a disappointment.

    thought the atmosphere was excellent, very nice spot to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink with friends or client. I ordered the breaded fish burger which I was not a fan of, thought the fish was chewy and an unpleasant texture. Service was excellent, she was very helpful and kind.     Fried fish and pulled pork sandwiches were delicious. The sides of fries and onion soup were also great. Fries were very crispy and fresh. The service was alright, but the servers were not knowledgeable about the specials and disappeared until we flagged her down when we wanted the bill. I would go back just because the food was good, and since they opened not too long ago. Hopefully service will be better next time.

    Really amazing enjoyed the experience from decor to ambience. Great staff too who know the product well. I truly enjoyed my first experience and would go back before the next hockey game or movie. Beautifully furnished and tastefully and artfully decorated. Great time!

    This location has proven to be shaking the food industry in the city with great selections of plates and outstanding service.     So much nicer layout and ambience than the old dated place from before. Kudos to the renos. I love it that they support local craft beer, including our buddies from Bent Stick. Food is tasty, service was on point. We will be back.
