   Kitchen management in disarray. No proactive management. Took 45 minutes for 3 burgers one of which came out wrong. Manager(s) were sympathetic and made appropriate bill adjustment. Still, something is clearly wrong here. Visited twice in 1 week and same problems remain. Needs upper management review.

   Excellent people, food, and place. Was treated like a VIP the moment I entered. Greeted warmly, seated quickly. Josh was the lead server and did a great job. Julia, Emily, Brendan and others checked to make sure all was good. Thank you, Doc B’s Gang!

   Great experience. We had to increase our guest count last-minute and the staff was very accommodating. Service was friendly and quick, food was excellent. A very enjoyable late brunch - thank you!

   Good selection of menu items, and everything we had was a solid A! We dined in the mid-afternoon, and it was still busy on a Thursday at the Walton Street location. Friendly staff overall. Service started slowly at first but improved 100% when the manager asked if everything was okay, and we stated that nearly 10 minutes in, we were still waiting on a drink order that the hostess had taken and still hadn't seen our server. This was our first visit here. We will definitely go back.

    For the first time ever, we had to wait to be seated well past our reservation time, had to wait longer than usual for food, and one of the orders was not correct. All that said, this remains one of my favorite places in the goldcoast area. Great food, great ambience, creative menu.

    We went before the dinner rush so the restaurant was nice and quiet but I’m sure when the restaurant is full it could be noisy. My husband had the fried chicken sandwich with a coleslaw side which he said was delicious. The chicken was moist but not greasy and the large side serving of a kale and cabbage coleslaw tasted like it had just been made, delicious with the vegetables still crunchy. I had the WOK bowl with shrimp, sweet and spicy Thai sauce on a bed of brown sticky rice. I would go back just for this bowl. The broccoli and carrots were cooked but still spicy abc the sauce was very good. The drinks were generous but nice and strong. The key lime pie for dessert was the only so-so item we had. The lime filling was a little sweet for our taste but the crust was spit on. Service was very good. The next time we visit a city with a Doc B’s we would certainly eat there.

    In town on business and found the restaurant as it was near my hotel. Food and service were excellent for type of midscale restaurant. I plan to visit other locations while traveling.

    We always enjoy a dinner at Doc Bs. The crispy chicken sandwich is amazing. We got the grilled artichoke as an appetizer which was delicious. My husband got the quinoa salad while my daughter got the ribs. There is something for everyone at Doc Bs!! As a bonus… it was Happy Hour do wine was only $8 a glass!

    The cucumber salad and regular French fries were delicious but everything we ordered after that was mediocre. Chicken tenders were dry, sweet potato fries were burnt, and the turkey burger was flavorless. Ordered a mojito that was straight rum and zero club soda. The menu looked great but in the end it was not worth it. I expected way more for how much we paid.

    Such delicious food. Kitchen split both dishes for us because we couldn’t choose just one. Great, attentive service. Quinoa Salad and Buttermilk Fired Chicken were both 10/10!

    Excellent choice for a vast menu with lots of tasty options. Their House vinaigrette is unbelievably good. I had the crispy chicken salad and the slaw on there was perfect for the sandwich. Mouth watering burgers too.

    They gave away our table to another party with my first name. This other party had accidentally booked the River North location. Staff didn’t seem at all bothered by the fact we had to wait 20 minutes and still no tables available. Ended up taking a spot in the front high top area which was not ideal. Again staff did not apologize or make it up in any way. They were training a hostess and she got an awful view of how to treat guests.

    My husband and I went to Doc B’s for a nice Saturday lunch because a friend had recommended their wings. We had delicious wings and the most fabulous and beautiful salad (substituted crunchy Buffalo chix for the grilled chx). We also split a burger and fries. Everything was delicious and the service was flawless. I loved the ambiance- it felt like an old school city lunch spot but with upscale modern design elements and finishes. I’m an interior designer so I always notice interior details and this place has such a cool vibe. Food, service, design- all great! Can’t wait to go back!
