We had a fabulous time at Doc Martin's followed by ebtertainment in the Adobe Bar. My burger was juicy and tasty. My husband lijed his taco platter.

This was my first visit to Taos and the food at Doc Martins made it memorable. The ribeye fajitas and shrimp and King trumpet mushroom platter were unbelievably good and the service was great. Will definitely return if I'm ever in Taos.

Dining with friends whe we’re not familiar with this Taos classic, the staff accommodated our request for a more intimate table, thoughtfully and patiently described ment offerings, and engaged in friendly but not overbearing banter about life in Taos and the joys over visiting here. We also enjoyed the variety of non-alcoholic drink options available. The Virgin Sangria was particularly delicious!

Outstanding service in a quiet, typically Taos dinning room. We had cocktails and nachos on the small patio beforehand (the live music inside the bar was a bit too loud for easy conversation). Dinner was good, but not quite outstanding; the rib eye fajitas were too spicy for this Texan’s liking, probably a function of the ubiquitous NM use of hatch chilis in EVERYTHING. 😆

Delicious chili rellenos, great happy hour and music (maybe not the table right in front of the musicians if you want table conversations). White Sangria was refreshing and very good. Great service too.

Rather disappointing dinner experience. The ambience was fine and not loud- we lined that fact. The food was just Okay. We had the cheese dip appetizer which was tasty but it only came with two small tortillas. A tortilla doesn’t make for a vehicle to eat cheese dip. We had to ask for some chips and that worked much better. We ordered the Christmas enchiladas and they charged extra $$ if you wanted meat and not just cheese inside- so thought that was a bit greedy of them. And the flavor was nothing special- kinda bland. The margaritas tasted weak and way too much salt on rim. Would not recommend the meal - but the leather chairs at the table were very comfortable.

Had a great experience. Maya was an exceptional waitress. Loved the room, very romantic. Food was delicious, cocktails very tasty. Chocolate dessert and coffee was excellent. Highly recommend.
