We are an ultra, pink mid century inspired cocktail bar and restaurant. Dolly’s is a fun, playful and inclusive space to celebrate, connect and catch up. Our menu is Peruvian in its roots and fused with North American and southern flare. Our cocktail menu is tropically inspired, and is agave, pisco and cachaca forward, balanced and innovative.

This was my second time going to Dolly's and it is always fun! The staff are friendly and accommodating and the decor is a VIBE. I went as part of a birthday group for Sunday brunch. The service was timed well, which was nice for a group of 7. A few people in our group were a little disappointed that there is no actual hot coffee beverages available. We enjoyed the cocktails we ordered, but it would have been nice to start off with a brewed coffee, cappuccino or something. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food for the most part. My partner's eggs were overcooked and I will say the tater tots that came with the eggs benny were pretty bland. They needed some sort of sauce or seasoning on them. I also found that the smashed plantain was way overcooked, I couldn't cut it with my knife. All in all it was a good time. I do think the evening food menu is better then the brunch menu.

Food and drinks are 10/10. Great place to celebrate a birthday, bachelorettes or just a fun night out with friends. Staff are very kind. Will definitely be coming back.

Made a reservation so that we could have a great seat on patio. We were seated at a table that was slanted and chairs that were extremely uncomfortable. The service was not very attentive and unfortunately the wasps were very aggressive. The food was great as always but will dine inside next time.

Although the food and drinks were delicious we felt definitely rushed. Surfers were quick to immediately remove plates from our tables but never asked us if we wanted more food. Ironically, with feeling the sense of urgency that they wanted to turn our table over by 8 p.m., it took quite a while for bill to arrive.

2nd time here - went to check out Happy Hour on a lovely Sunday afternoon. As usual the food was delicious - Chicken Lollipops, Shrimp, Corn Ribs (really really good) and the Empanadas. All were very tasty !! Drinks were delicious as usual - Enjoyed - the Lavender Haze, Pomeranian and Pretty in Pink. Note that the menu online is not accurate.
