Just want to point out the menu on open table is not correct. Go to the website to look at the menu. I will say we had our mind set on what to get, but once we found out it’s not there menu we weren’t too happy. We ordered anyways and we were really happy we stayed. Great food! I would definitely come back and check out there dinner menu. We went on a weekend for brunch and got the breakfast burrito which was great, the chicken and waffles was platted like a high end restaurant and tasted fantastic and the Benny didn’t disappoint. Check it out!
Very good value and good food. I had the lobster bisque and the only thing which would have made it perfect was a few pieces of lobster in it.
Service was great.
My first visit and I usually do not book on open table but it was a very good and positive experience.
An ok, but pricey, spot for meeting up with people to chat. NOT the place to watch any live sports.
Unfortunately we had a bad experience. Been here before and was surprised at the lack of service. Restaurant was not at all busy. Had to ask the other staff to get our server and at one point one of us had to go to the kitchen to get a utensil. Food was ok. But lacking. Not sure if I would go back
First time at this venue and it was excellent, food was fantastic prices were good and loved the atmosphere.
Haven't had a bad meal yet and service staff are always so enjoyable!!
Birthday get together with a few friends. Service was OK food was OK nothing special. Location is what gets us
Never knew a burger could taste so good. Incredible.
Excellent service, food and knowledgeable server.
yummy house red. great dishes. a nice surprise in Surrey.
I've now been to Dominion three times, with three different groups of friends. We discovered it the first time by accident, as we didn't even know it was there. And I enjoyed it so much, I've been going back. I will continue to go back. The menu had different options from the 'chain restaurants', and it's quite yummy.
We came for brunch and my boyfriend had the 'Dirty Breakfast' while I had the 'Breakfast Quesadilla'. The flavours of the dishes were good, not amazingly so but still tasty. However, the portions are incredibly small compared to the value. For one coffee, a mocktail (I had the 'Arnie Palmer'), and the two dishes listed - the bill came to just under $50 before tip! We went to the nearby New Town Bakery as we were still hungry.
Second visit to this place and again very impressed with the food and the service. Loved the Coconut Curry Chicken - delicious! And the small tacos to start - chicken, fish and pakora - are awesome too! Tina was our server and she is great as were the rest of the serving team that we interacted with. Thanks!
Food was absolutely delicious and service was fantastic! Will be back
The location, foods and service are great, the only thing is the music I find a bit loud for conversation.
We had a wonderful evening with happy hour appetizers and then great meals. The wine was outstanding. CC Jencsh.
Music was a bit loud both times I've been. Pizza was just ok, but other dishes are great.
nothing special. server was nice but theres no particular reason to go here
My new favourite place! Food was amazing. Drinks were awesome. Centrally located. Great service!
The service was very slow considering we were the only table eating, and only 4 other patrons.
Drinks were very pricey!
Food was decent but again over priced.
Prices comparable to a downtown restaurant without the ambiance.
Great place. Just wish there were a few low tables in the main dining area. Regardless, I’ll be back.
The food was delicious. Our meal took quite a while to come to the table which we were fine with but they insisted on giving us a free desert. The service was outstanding. The music was quite loud but it was to be expected. I would go back.
Varied choices, some items were not available that were listed on the menu as they are still new and updating it. Service was attentive. The coconut curry chicken was good, my husbands ribs were fantastic! We will definitely come back.
The menu needs some serious help. The wings were cold and over sauced, the tacos were tiny and boring. Everything was overpriced for the quality and quantity. A few things we wanted to order off the menu weren't available (lamb tacos, peanut butter jelly donuts...)
Our server Amber was great, friendly and made good suggestions. The ambiance and decor was on point.
However, the bartenders were extremely slow at making our drinks, even though the place was dead. They seemed too busy chatting and we had to wait about 10 minutes to get any bar drink.
We might come back for happy hour one day but never again for regular service. It's just too underwhelming and expensive.
Mother’s Day brunch
Great Downtown vibe!
Super friendly, professional staff!
We ordered everything off the Shares menu for three people. We tried five different dishes, all new Canadian and all amazing. Nice.
Cool place by Surrey City Hall. Lots of different options for food and variety. Have tried 3 different dishes and all were decent. Ahi Tuna bowl was a little bland. Service is good, although they were still vacuuming the 2nd time I walked in as they opened. A bit amateurish but its early days. There is not much around that area that compares, so this place should do well, attached to the new Plaza hotel so clean, comfortable surroundings.
So good. Bao Mac is stellar.
