   Service was beyond slow. The place was not packed yet it took over an hour to get our food. Waiter did not come by and offer updates, or offer an appetizer with beyond slow service. When the food did come out it was very disappointing to see overcooked food, with little flavor. Did not enjoy. I have been here many times and this was the most disappointed I have felt. Each time service, food lacks and portions are smaller and smaller while prices increase. I’m not sure I will be coming back which is quite sad

   It might've been because of the Holiday but the food took much longer then usual to come ot our table, and it seemed like they were short staffed. It took longer for drinks also to make it to the table, but the Food was Great as always. We've been here several time to celebrate birthdays or just for a good time out and Great Food & the Food NEVER DISAPPOINTS!!!! The Ambiance is cool and the music is Great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   We had a great time and the ambiance was nice but our waitress wasn’t attentive enough! I told her several times it was my friends birthday and she brought out n sang happy birthday to other guest that got there after us! So we left with no extra tip! But overall I love there food!

   The manager was nice but some staff can be careless, rude and not social skills at all. When they open the door minutes late on Mother’s Day they had very unfriendly attitude. The dish Ropa Vieja had beautiful presentation but the flavor was not right because of too much salt. I explained to the manager and she was nice and apologized but didn’t offer to change it for something else even that we were not able to finish it.

    First time in Boston, celebrating my sisters graduation needed a spot to eat and I stumbled across Doña Habana on Siri maps and I had to try it. Best spot I ate at the whole weekend! Beautiful artwork and hospitable service!

    The husband & I had a bday/anniversary dinner on a Friday night. Highly recommend making reservations on OT app. We ordered the ceviche de la casa for our appetizer on the recommendation from our server. It was delicious! The fish tasted so fresh & the flavor was outstanding. Would highly recommend this dish. We also ordered a mojito flight which was great (favorite was the coco mojito) My husband ordered the Filete Habanero which he enjoyed very much and said that the meat was cooked to his liking. I had ordered the Pechuga de Pollo a la Plancha which honestly I didn’t care for…because the chicken was very dry & was overcooked. And the mango pico de gallo did not taste well. And for dessert we ordered the tres leches & flan de coco. They were both very delicious. Other than my dinner entree not being the best; everything else was great, the service we received was wonderful. The extra details for my bday & wedding anniversary was nice. Overall we enjoyed our time there & we would definitely come back again in the future.

    Overall it was nice. However after showing up on time for the reservation, the table wasn’t ready. In their defense it was cinco de mayo so maybe it was busier than expected. The food was okay, and the staff was very responsive to our request. I’d try it again, just not on a “holiday” night.

    The food is always great here . At dinner time they keep it pretty dim inside. It’s Boston so expect to pay Boston prices. Service was great. Watch your check they add 18% gratuity right off the bat. In nicer weather you can sit outside. Some tables are pretty close together so it loses that private feeling just a little if you get sat at one of those. Also, getting in and out of those can be an inconvenience. Overall, highly recommended.

    This is the place to go with a group of friends, to celebrate most anything...and drink! They're amazing. Over the top! Lots of stuff on fire. Lots of stuff in flights. Lots of stuff in super size. With lights and colors and fire. Brilliant and amazing. The large menu is good: interesting combinations, beautifully presented. I prefer the small plates but good to have food to balance the alcohol.

    We ordered the surtido de La Habana and it was missing the pork belly over green plantain chips. I ordered the masa de puerco frita and received the chuleta de puerco a la perilla instead. I think it was too loud for the server to hear my order.

    My family and I went for a 16th birthday dinner and we had a wonderful time. The food and drinks were very good. Great meal options. And our waiter did a superb job. Our table was for 8 and he got all our orders correct and food came out timely. We'll definitely be going back.
