DOPO, meaning 'after' in Italian, is an intimate dining experience in the lower level of Elizabeth Square in Marda Loop, Calgary. Inspired by D.O.P, its predecessor restaurant, DOPO has been reimagined by Executive Chef, David Leeder and Owner, Tony Migliarese. With strong opinions from Mamma Rose, of course.

We sat up at the bar and had a great time. The food was tasty and exceeding expectations which were already high. Cocktails were also great and the Tiramisu at the end can’t be missed. Good value and would definitely recommend and return.

Incredible food and service, every staff member we encountered were nothing short of fabulous! So kind and friendly. The food is next level good. The restaurant is extremely loud though so it’s hard to have a convo. Overall I highly recommend.

Such a lovely experience! We celebrated our anniversary dinner and they made sure it was an extra special evening. We enjoyed everything we got and were so happy to celebrate it here.

The new location of DOPO still preserves the culinary legacy of DOP and including a new twist. The dining experience felt like you’re in a cozy Italian villa, and the food was cozy, warm, mouthwatering delicious, and refreshing. The service was excellent and friendly, ensuring every need and want was taken care of. Shout out to Tony (I think this is the bartender but if not I apologize!)

Wow! This place is everything it is hyped up to be. The service was exceptional. Every single item we ordered was incredible and flavourful. The drinks and desserts were unforgettable and we will definitely be back.
