Great food, reasonable prices. Authentic Italian food. Waiter was very personable and attentive. Manager came to chat with us which was nice. I would recommend this place.
The restaurant had a nice ambiance to it in a quiet neighborhood .
My group shared 3 pizzas and they were all delicious . I was disappointed that this restaurant didn’t give out shears/ scissors to cut the pizza ; just a little steak knife and it was very difficult to cut with.
The spot I sat at by the window was disruptive anytime a car was reversing out of their parking spot .
We didn’t order any cocktails but the drink list had good variety .
Very nice service, attractive table settings, clean, good parking - my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Great food (some really interesting pizzas), good service, nice enough setting. Only complaint was that they didn’t cut the pizza or provide “pizza scissors”....which work surprisingly well.
The staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our experience. Food was lovely. Will definitely go back!
Very Authentic Italian Napoli style dinner. Strong & simple, straight ahead, fresh, tasty.
The Pizzas were tasty but, were disappointing in the fact that they are very undercooked., then the restaurant expects you to cut them at your table with a regular knife.
Wine and desserts are excellent. Very pleasant staff. this is not a place to go to if you are in a hurry. You gotta slow down and enjoy it.
We took our kids, but I am not sure that I would again. more suited for adults. which is fine.
Place was recommended to us by our friends. We have gone back 2 days later . The food is fantastic. Pizza is delicious.
We have also recommended this place to friends.
A hidden gem in the neighbourhood - great service, ambiance, and great pizzas.
Great food and service! Will definitely return
food was good , small portions ,tough to cut pizza need scissors not a knife , tables way to close together , pricey for what I'm use to
Excellent good and great service
We found this restaurant by chance using opentable and we are so happy we went. The food was fantastic and the service is great. It's Italian food made by an Italian chef in a restaurant owned by an Italian so if you like Italian you know where to go.
Food was slightly under seasoned; salt and pepper would have made appetizers and pasta dishes much better.
While our group of eight took our time because we were having a good time, we felt we were pressured to leave when the owner/manager kept looking at our table talking to people waiting at the door, making us uncomfortable and pressured to leave.
Due to this, and the under seasoned food, I will not recommend this establishment to my family, peers, and friends, sorry.
Delicious food! Great atmosphere. Attentive staff. You have to try the Graffe for dessert.
Food us always good and staff are attentive. Excellent bruchetta.
First time at this new restaurant, found it in a search on OpenTable. 2 adults and 2 kids, was a really nice room, and we had a clearly very experienced server who was very pleasant. The owner also visited our table to make ask how our dinner was, a nice touch. Food was fresh and delicious... pizza, Meatballs, pasta and Arancini balls were all enjoyed. We shared a yummy white chocolate Gelato and some great ‘carnival’ donuts with caramel sauce for dessert. Would recommend this neighbourhood gem!
Our server was great, good service and friendly made us feel welcome. The food we ordered as all so good. Will definitely recommend and be back soon.
Excellent find in Coquitlam, a lovely little gem. Nice new decor, friendly staff. Food was excellent! Bruschetta was outstanding and pizza was delicious. Glad we found this place, this will become our go to pizza place.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant was full but the service had good timing and the server was very personable. The food was authentic Italian made and delicious. We will definitely be back
Amazing food. One of the best Italian foods ever
We had heard good things about this restaurant but were very disappointed. Valentine's dinner and we were sitting within inches of the couple next to us. The service was slow and the veal & pasta bland. The pizza was alright but I have had much better stone oven pizza even in the tri-city area.
We will not be back.
It was great, we will come back for sure. It’s nice to see some decent restaurants opening up in the suburbs.
We have eaten here on 3 occasions and the food and staff are always very good. We will be back.
This place has newly opened close to our house. Food and atmosphere were great, we'll definitely be back.
We went on Saturday evening for dinner with my husband and my 3 daughters and the pizzas were delicious! The service was great too. If you want to try authentic Italian food then this place is a “must”.
My absolute favourite neighbourhood restaurant!
We will book a dinner for the upcoming weekend.
The tagliatelle filet mignon was amazing!
The food was very good. A couple of us had pizza, I had spaghetti carbonara. The two pizzas were interesting, the Diavolo fairly spicy with capicollo, hot salami, and lots of tomato, and the other was naked--no cheese, but with very thin slices of rosemary potato, caramelized onion and pancetta. I got a taste of both, and you could tell the ingredients were excellent quality; I particularly liked the one with the potato. My carbonara was also very nice. A couple of us had dessert, and decided to get the "Graffe" which was these chewy piping hot donut-like things in caramel sauce. Really good stuff, but there was too much--mine had three donut-things, but they were huge, and I was already full from dinner. The pizzas were pretty big too, and before that they served bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The bread was great--fresh, warm, with a touch of salt. And lots of it.
For my family with relatively small appetites, there was just too much--and my wife felt like what with the pizza it was like bread, followed by bread, followed by bread (although the dessert was my own fault). For people with big appetites that might be great.
Second problem was that, and this may sound like a quibble, the service was too fast and hover-y. I think they were maybe a bit nervous. So there was always someone asking us how things were or if we wanted some more X. We were barely halfway through working on the bread when the main course arrived, so there was no time for it to settle a bit, and someone kept coming around to see who was done eating and could have their plate taken, and they asked about dessert as soon as we were done eating and then brought it really fast. It's not like they were trying to hustle us out--the place was fairly empty and everyone was really friendly. They were just trying to be helpful. But people, learn to relax! You gotta give diners time to unwind, and for one thing to settle before we start on another.
Food and service was great
My new favorite restaurant! The food is really something special. Very high quality fresh ingredients combined beautifully and cooked skillfully. The food tastes like food is supposed to taste! If you close your eyes you can almost imagine yourself outside on a garden patio in Italy.
The wait staff is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our server explained the origin of their name (it means 'double zero' in Italian and refers to the highest quality flour that is used to make the pizza dough.)
This is a new restaurant and I really hope that the community will embrace it and keep it going for a long time! Please go try it out!
First time visit - love the decor and feel - food was good; menu has options for everyone. Will be back. Welcome to our neighbourhood!
Really delicious Neapolitan-style pizza! The restaurant is cozy, the staff is friendly and the wine list is good. We shared and enjoyed the 3 different types of pizza that we ordered; good sized portions; took leftovers home for lunch the following day. We will definitely be back.
This was our first time to the restaurant. We had reservations for 4 for 8:00 pm. We arrived at 7:50 and table was ready at 8:10.
Hostess sat us down but we had wait for service for 10 mins before someone came by to give us water. Waited another 8 mins before someone asked us for our drink and appetizers request. After the initial wait time rest of the service was good.
Overall food quality and quantity was good. My friend and I ordered the veal and pasta dish but was very disappointed as the veal was dry and had not taste to it. It was like eating toast with no other toppings.
The other pasta meals was delicious.
Meal portion was good.
Food wasn't too bad. Might have been excellent if the entire experience had started on a right footing with the service. We were a party of 5 celebrating dad's birthday. Orders placed - waiting quite along time nothing came. Had to ask for bread as we were all getting very hungry. Finished the bread, still nothing came. While other tables seated after us got their appys and even mains. Asked the server what's happening. He said they though we wanted everything - appys and mains to come altogether!! WTF! No one at our table gave any indication of that!! The mgr came and apologized with free desserts. By which time, the entire 1st time experience at this restaurant had gone downhill.
