A retro, relaxed dining experience, service was very attentive. Food was so good, we had 6 small dishes but should have had 5 as we couldn't finish it all. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately this set menu did not live up to the hype. For the amount of money it was, I don’t think the food quantity was substantial. The waiters didn’t even tell us how it would work/what would come, so we were very surprised when they told us no more mains were coming.

Fabulous in every way. We had Hang Sen set menu - tuna, wagyu, oysters, scallop dumplings, fried potatoes, beetroot salad, almond cake. Every dish was delicious, especially the dumplings and it was more than enough food for big eaters. Dinner + 1 cocktail each for just under $100 its also value for money for Perth. Great atmosphere, great waitpersons, will definately be back!

My wife and I had dinner there on a Saturday night. The food was amazing. My wife has a bad dairy allergy and I appreciate both how friendly the menu was and the attentiveness of the staff to make sure we knew what dishes to avoid. We sat at the counter which gives a great view of part of the kitchen and really makes you feel like you are getting a show as you watch the talented kitchen team work right in front of you. The portions were more that I was expecting, we got 5 share plates but each item was almost a full serve in its self. Overall we were blown away by Double Rainbow and we will definitely be back. I can’t speak any more highly of the quality of food and the friendly and hospitality of the wait staff. If you are after some great food in a fantastic vibe, do yourself a favour and book a table.

Food was absolutely fantastic we enjoyed every single bite! We would maybe choose an earlier time to try and avoid the noise, it was so loud we had to shout across the table to each other, but the food was so spectacular that you don’t really mind! We will definitely be back

Found this place by a quick Google search and the photos looked amazing, Can say when we entered and looked at the menu my Wife was a little hesitant but upon seeing the food coming out and being cooked right there this 1st impression very quickly changed. the food was incredible, we had 4 different dishes and each one was as good as the next and the whole time we were eyeing off what we will have next time we go back. The waiter that served us was awesome so helpful and polite and the whole experience of having food being cooked right there just added to the whole experience. Well worth a visit and we will be back.

Service was sub par in my opinion, waited a 10+ minutes for a drink menu and then eventually we went to the bar ourselves and got our own drinks. Food was nice, besides the squid. Overall I did have a pleasant experience.

The band was fantastic and the idea of havin food/drinks to accompany the event was a superb idea. We'll be back with more people next time. We didn't get high-top table, which I was a bit disappointed about. The food tasted amazing, but came out a bit too quick. The drinks, which accompanied our courses, were also delicious. The staff member who served us was pleasant but kept forgetting to refill our our water, even after several requests. We thoroughly enjoyed the type of event, the place and our experience.

We had such an excellent time at Double Rainbow; the food was incredible and plentiful on this occasion and our service by a new waitress and one other waiter attending to our table really was excellent. The only disappointment - and it is so unfortunate this stood out given how great a time we were having - was another waitress, not our usual one, who tended to us only once or twice. She was quite rude or maybe having an off night; she wasn’t friendly and at one point reprimanded the table for not clearing the plates for her. It was quite a bizarre experience for such a great restaurant. Otherwise no complaints, we had a fabulous time.

Our blonde waiter was amazing! Forget his name he is gem make sure you keep him happy! Nothing was too much an everything done with a smile I wished we could’ve tipped him more. Food was yum as always we love your place

The overall food was good but the wipped tofu with pine nuts was not very good. I’m sorry to say but it taste terrible. The highlight for me probably the fried eggplants and pork and the dessert was excellent. Love everything except the tofu wipe with pine nuts.

My Partner and I have been here the second time and unfortunately wasn't as outstanding as we remembered. Not just was the menu as creative as last time (where are the Brussels sprouts?) It also didn't taste as fresh sadly. We do live spicy food but the noodle dish was so spicy that it didn't taste like anything else. Stuff was really nice and said the menu is changing soon so we might give it another try

Great Atmosphere, service and food. Well layed out and being able to see the chefs in their element is a a great visual aspect of the whole expierence. Service is friendly and time from ordering to receiving your meals is quick. Plenty options to choose from and also solid drinks menu. Highly recommend.

Was so slay and the vibe was amazing, the table was shaking and vibrating a bit from the party upstairs and some of my friends dishes took a bit longer than the rest but besides that, it was incredible food and drink, amazing atmosphere and aesthetics

My partner and I ordered the roasted pumpkin, smoked beetroot, pulled beef spring roll and the pork loin, all of which were scrumdiddlyumptious. We will definitely be going back for seconds.. the food is top notch and prices are reasonable and in line with the quality.
