Overall dining in the main area is really stressful. The room is very loud as the music is too loud people need to talk louder to be understood. We weee sitting close to the lower level where we could directly see through the glass wall on the second level how short the ladies dresses were. Nice underwear;(. The service was excellent as I gave them a 5/5. Attentive asking how was our meal and always wanted to accommodate our table. Polite and thoughtful. Food. We ordered two pasta dishes and the vodka pasta was delicious but the bolognese was overly salty and could not taste the dish well. Could have had some spice added to the dish. It was a bit too oily as well. Desert were also 50/50. Excellent mix of flavours on the brownie sticky caramel and ice cream was tasty. The “disconstruted“ lemon tiramisu was lacking of flavours except for the lemon and not really getting the tiramisu part. I would go back and try other dishes to give it another go.

The food and cocktails were excellent but what really put it over the top was our server Jen. She was knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic about taking care of us, and made sure we were never left wanting for anything. Great stuff! We will be back.

Absolutely lovely night!! Felt the hospitality from the moment we got there, at the bar, on the patio and being moved into the lounge because of the rain! Our service was so friendly and genuine and the food was amazing! Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend!

Since the pandemic, I’ve had to lower my expectations about dining out… so imagine my surprise when this reasonably new restaurant in Yaletown is actually good. Really good. They have staff that seem to actually enjoy their jobs, the food is well made, as are their cocktails. Wow. So yes, the prices might seem “high” to some people for a mid-range restaurant, but this is the new normal post-pandemic, and at least here, the prices translate into actual excellence, so I feel like it is very fair compared to many other restaurants.
