Nice visit after a show at Flato. We didn't realize that it is in a hotel and would not have chosen if we did. Overall a good experience with the one exception that my steak was overdone: ordered Medium Rare and got medium to medium well.

We were seated in a booth (as requested) and the restaurant was not crowded so the atmosphere and noise level was moderate. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food was served hot and fresh. Very happy with our choice to dine here. Thank you!

Went to Draco for their weekend brunch. It’s a very quiet and calm space. Menu is super small, and only limited to brunch menu on weekends. Our server Crystal was super friendly and pleasant. Our meals arrived quickly and tasted yummy. Overall a very nice place to have a meal and we’ll return again.

Heard the restaurant is quiet and suitable for a nice dinner with families, unfortunately I celebrated my husband’s birthday yesterday with two group of guests, making the place as if their own home, raised their voices and laughed out so loud, very annoying and so impolite. Fortunately , the service was impeccable, our server, Watson, was so attentive and take the time to recommend the food to us. We took his recommendation and turned out all the food were excellent and yummy. Steaks were tender and cooked exactly as we requested so was the lamb chop. We were very happy and contented to have a great dinner.

Cannot recommend this place more! The staff were super accommodating and so friendly. They were eager to take pictures for us for our event and the service was amazing. AND the food was sooooo good!!! We had calamari, steak frites, and the tenderloin with lobster tails. The table went silent cuz everyone was so into their food lol. And for pictures, the lighting in the restaurant and hotel lobby are perfect! Will definitely be back!

The team at Draco provide amazing service. The level of attention to the Customer is truest commendable. Last night Jack provided exceptional service and was on top of our every need. Food and drinks were all very high quality and I highly recommend trying out the location.

The food wasn’t that great. Very salty, and we ordered pasta. The service wasn’t that great either. Our waitress only refilled water once, for one of us (group of 7), and then never came back.

Our server, Watson, was amazing! Food was great from my perspective, but my mom felt the tenderloin had been aged too long and everything was too salty. Loved the relaxed ambience!

I am surprised that not many customers at all on a Saturday. The food was good, the ceiling was high, we could actually have conversations. I would go back.

This was an above and beyond experience. We were invited to return by Jack Hutchison (Director of Operations) because of a poor experience we had on our last visit. We were most kindly greeted by Maître De Jeristine ‘Jerry’. Then met with our server Justine. Both were incredibly attentive. We had lobster crab cakes, lobster ravioli with lobster tail, beef tenderloin medallions with mash and veg. It was all delicious. I’m a Patissier and rarely order desserts. Justine presented us with a complimentary dessert tray of eclairs, Macaroons with cream and fresh fruit. Congratulating us on our recent marriage. Needless to say, we will be returning for one if our Friday night date nights. We love to walk to a local restaurant and support our community. We now have another to add to our list. Thank you to everyone for the professional service and excellent food. This was second to none for a return visit based on a complaint.

Overall, food was decent and delicious. However, service was disappointing as prior to dining, I did make a specified request that one of the guests requires gluten free options, but upon inquiring with our server, he does not appear to have the knowledge of what items are considered gluten free and proceeded to only state only 2 items were possibly gluten free, which were the pad thai and the flat bread. The server did not make any efforts or offer assistance to offer more options. After we ordered our food, one of our items was delivered to us incorrectly. We had ordered steak with mash potatoes but the order came to us as steak with fries. The server also did not do any quality checks nor asked us if we’d like to order drinks at the beginning when we were first seated. Overall, a very disappointing experience in terms of service and will definitely not recommend this restaurant.

The parking is at the other building. You need to walk in the cold wind. . And the restaurant is just located in the hotel lobby! Very disappointed

Spent a lovely evening there for the first time. I was thankful for the parking garage (free for patrons) during a snow storm. Attended a Jazzlicious Molly Johnson live music night. Excellent! Ordered a salmon dish from the main menu. Excellent! Their chief is renowned with major experience and impressive list of famous personalities served. Good selection of eating locations ie. Bar, seating in open area or more private booths. Maybe too close to main door and reception.

The Draco was a very good experience in all hospitality areas. Food was well prepared, served and plated beautifully. Our Server was pleasant, attentive and efficient . Only negative was the noise reverberating from the bar area when our performer was singing. Molly Johnson is a Canadian Jewel.

the beef medallions I ordered were jaw-dropping delicious - succulent, dripping wth juice beautifully seasoned and at a just the right temperature to eat - oh my! The dessert was equally incredible - the chocolate covered cake with whipped cream and small fruit pieces - never tasted chocolate - and the dessert in its entirety - like this.

Waiter didn’t tell me there were WALNUTS on the STEAK (???). I have a nut allergy. Spent the night dealing with an itchy throat. My friend & I also requested sweet drinks however the lychee martini & the fruit punch drink were very bitter. Second waiter also brought us the wrong dessert after a long wait. Restaurant seemed understaffed with 3 staff assisting a full house. Fairly disappointed for my first time.

Came here to have their Valentine's Day couple special, and the food was quite delicious and service was very personable. They also accommodated to prepare a special meal for my son that was not off of their normal kid's menu as my son really wanted to have eggs for dinner. We all had a great time and will come back for sure!
