They looked like they were not open. Plus they had no clue a group of 14 had reservations. Had to scramble to put tables together even though no one was at the entire restaurant.

In this beautiful setting, we had a reservation for 7pm; the restaurant was not very busy....many empty tables. Our order arrived at 8:15....the pizza was very tasty, but the lasagna ($28) was dry and had most likely been reheated.....served in a small bowl, with no sauce or accompaniment. We had to ask for water refills. Disappointing, but if pizza is what you desire, and you don't mind a wait, it will be great!

We had booked Drift which is a beach front restaurant specifically for that reason. Due to rain and wind apparently they had to move the restaurant to inside resort near the pool. Issue is that restaurant did not contact us to advise of the change as we would have likely gone elsewhere. Food and service were good. It the new location was not optimal and was disappointing. Certainly for the price it was not what we were seeking.

The servers were beyond nice but the progress was super slow. We ordered four drinks and got two after twenty minutes and the other two came ages later. The appetizer came after an hour and the restaurant was not super busy. With that being said, the food was really delicious.

It’s always nice to have a meal that was better than expected, and this was the case with Drift. We were seated in an alcove off the patio, surrounded by plantings that made the setting very private. Some (not all) of the menu offerings (such as the butter chicken) have the flavors of Indian food, and we all enjoyed our meals. Service was amiable, but slow and somewhat inept. A very talented singer provided pleasant background music. As restaurants go in this area, this one was above average.

I didn’t realize that they only have beach seating on Friday nights - so a bit disappointed about that. But, the food was good - shrimp and chorizo was awesome, as was the grilled lobster!

Service and friendliness of staff was outstanding. Food very good. Lovely evening. Not sure how a party of four can spend $800. Our bill came in under $500 for six people, including before dinner drinks, two appetizers, and a bottle of wine. We would return. Sounds like they only serve dinner on the beach on the weekends? Regardless, it was a beautiful outdoor setting and we had a wonderful time.

Group of 10 adults and older kids. Roosevelt was our server and he was amazing. One of the chefs came to our table table and was welcoming. Food was fantastic. Atmosphere was very enjoyable and gorgeous.

Biggest disappointment was a prix fixe “Christmas Day” menu. It was never mentioned on their website or at the time of reservation. Obvious cash grab with a few regular menu items doubled in price. Service was extremely slow, our drinks arrived by the end of the main course. Food was decent.

We have been very happy with everything at West Bay Club. We enjoyed a terrific dinner at Drift-conch chowder and samosa appetizers, salmon and lobster tail entrees. Everything was superb. Wonderful and very friendly service and beautiful pool setting as well. We will definitely eat dinner at Drift again next year. Drift also has a fabulous breakfast with loads of choices and an excellent and luscious lunch menu! Can’t wait until next year!!

We had a wonderful dinner at Drift. Sam was our server. We really enjoyed talking to him. And the food was great as well. We split a Caesar salad and also had the Garlic Shrimp appetizer. Both were great. I especially loved the chorizo in the Garlic Shrimp. We then had a Hawaiian pizza and lobster tail. This will definitely be on our list to visit again the next time we are in Provo. We also enjoyed the Saxophone playing that night!

Drift was a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff were attentive and the food was delicious! Our waiter was Sam and he could not have done a better job! I highly recommend the grilled lobster, it was tender and fresh. The beignets are the perfect dessert- especially the Nutella and berry dips! Delicious! The atmosphere was relaxing, Beachy and beautiful. It’s a hidden gem and well worth the visit!!!

The food was delicious. Highly recommend the pizza and garlic shrimp. The butter chicken and beignets were fantastic. Our server, Sam, did a great job. The service was quick and attentive.

Wonderful meal, service was just spot on and very friendly, just the right level. Food was excellent, honestly one of the best steaks I have ever had and cook just perfect (rare!). The setting is wonderful, do walk down to the beach after the meal, lovely sitting area with fire pit. Could not ask for more.

Staff were delightful and amazing. Very friendly. Excellent fish and Indian cuisine. .Try the samosas, butter chicken and the grouper. Excellent quality. . The pace is similar to European dining- so you aren’t rushed out of your table.

The Drift is a lovely outdoor restaurant in a beautiful courtyard next to the pool and near the archway to the beach. Sam was a wonderful waiter and we had an amazing meal of beef (for him) and chicken (for me) and the wonderful women behind the bar made us a fantastic espresso. The chocolate dessert was delightful. Wonderful experience!

Enjoyable dinner at Drift. The menu seemed limited that evening (they were out of a few dishes plus no lobster) but the choices we made were quite good. I ordered the special of the day, which was coconut shrimp appetizer (outstanding, served over a citrus-dressed salad) and a whole grilled snapper served with fresh vegetables and half a stuffed potato. My companion had conch chowder and the ratatouille lasagne and enjoyed both. Our server was attentive and pleasant.

We booked a reservation to Drift restaurant for Tuesday December 28, 2021. I even confirmed the reservation when they sent me a message. We get a taxi, show up at West Bay Club and find out that Drift is closed. Apparently it’s only open on Friday nights. What the hell?

I’m not sure why people haven’t been reviewing this restaurant. Maybe it isn’t called Drift anymore?? It was at the resort location as listed (the gps directions take you past it to another restaurant) but you have to park, walk past the front desk checkin, towards the pool & it’s the small restaurant to your right. I saw nothing that said “Drift” but the receptionist pointed us toward this place. It’s not on the beach like the pictures showed. This night had live music & the singer was very good! Very few patrons while we ate but the service was great & food even better! So glad we went here. The pita & hummus was delicious. The ratatouille lasagna was great. The grilled lobster delicious. The Jerk special was also perfect including the coconut ice cream!

I originally book at Drift, but ended up at the poolside restaurant. The Drift closes at 5pm and is only open for dinner (bbq) on Fridays. The website is not accurate and updated.

Excellent Steak was cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were like a dipping sauce that were fabulous with a chunk of steak! Root veggies excellent. My wife loved her meal as well!

my wife and I were on vacation in turks and went to drift twice.Our first meal was grilled lobster and it was one of the best meals both of us had ever had.We were soimpressed went back on our last day of vacation.Again we had grilled lobster .This time the lobster was good but seemed overcooked ,it was dry.Prices were reasonable, lobster tail 39 dollars, very friendly servers, and nice resort like setting.

So we made a reservation for last night because the restaurant overlooks the water. We get there and are told the restaurant is closed for an event and we were seated at the bar/cafe in the courtyard at the resort. The bartender was also the server. My wife liked her Airline Chicken and I really liked my ratatouille lasagna. We had read about a desert they had, which was fresh beignets with Nutella. Yummy!!! Server was friendly but was running around like crazy since she was the only one. They did have a musician playing music which was nice; not too loud or obnoxious. Prices are par for the course for a fine dining place on the island. Disappointed we were not told before we made the reservation the water front venue was not available; we would have come another night.
