I took my family out to celebrate my wife's birthday last night. Drift did not disappoint any one of the four of us. The menu was tight but has something for everyone. Cocktails and wine list were exceptional! Our food ran a little late due to roomservice demand but I can tell you that this was one of the best dining experiences we have encountered for a very long time. Our service was very attentive through out our meal. The entres were definately worth the wait. The lamb dish I had was perfect and my wife was delighted with the Halibut dish. We enjoy eating out together as often as we can to support our local resturants and we will be back to Drift. Thank you for an very appreciated dining experience.

Wonderful service. Delicious food. Menu options suitable to all diets. Love the decor. And getting from The Residences to the restaurant by using the garage entrance is such a boon when it is cold or rainy!

I really appreciated our server Nathan's suggestions. He was so kind and knowledgeable. I had found it very loud in August for my parents' anniversary - they are aging and I found it a little loud. It was absolutely magical last night! Thank you!

Pre cocktail and canape reception at BKS service was a bit unbalanced, they had a hard time making it to half of the room, but the dinner at drift was exceptional, top notch service, beautifully presented and delicious. A great collaboration! Congratulations to both chefs for showcasing their talents and Benjamin Bridge for great pairings.

This evening was a ticketed event, a collaboration between 2 chefs featuring a local winery that paired the wine with the meal. The ambience is always there at Drift, and this evening was no exception. Beautifully prepared food with excellent service in a beautiful dining room.

The first thing you notice when walking into Drift is how beautifully the restaurant is illuminated with evening light through the outside glass walls onto the restaurant's soft and muted wood grain which covers floor to ceiling. After that you settle into an evening of delicacies. A fabulous array of cocktails, appetizers and mains. The dessert menu was as enticing as well. Service was extraordinary as our server (Lexie) answered all our questions and recounted ingredients and techniques that inspired our taste buds and imagination. We had breakfast at Drift the following morning and had the same experience with an entirely different menu and staff. Be prepared - one visit is not enough. Enjoy.

I expected something much more modest and banal in terms of cuisine. It was thoughtful, still unpretentious and that often neglected word these days, delicious. Charming staff, and bar a slightly overcooked piece of halibut, it was an almost perfect meal. Probably the best salmon tartare I’ve had in ages.

The service was a bit slow. Not a great selection on the mane. I didn't enjoy the batter on the fish. The salad was good. Disappointed with the food overall. It's a beautiful place.

The food was all fantastic from the tuna appetizer we shared, my scallops, my partners muscles in wine sauce and his blueberry dessert. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place itself was beautiful.

Everything was fantastic. We both had the pork belly and scallops and every bite was amazing. Drinks were perfect. Literally no improvements required. Note this wasn’t our first time, we have had brunch as well, which also does not disappoint.

We were excited to try Drift, however a bit disappointed with the food. I ordered the pork belly and each piece was cooked differently - one of them being over cooked and dry. My friend ordered the pasta and it was dry and it was not fresh. Cocktails were great though. For the price, the service and food needs improvement. I will likely not return.

Very over priced salmon was under cooked and halibut was over cooked. Our server was a young lady who was excellent and very friendly. The issues are in the kitchen. At these prices the food needs to be exceptional
