Decent food. Cheap beer. Food specials.
Drinks are a little more expensive than you'd expect from a bar. Food is average.
Good food at a good price
Was overbooked and the Manager only tell to us Sorry but we don't have space, we ahave a overbooked night. And that's was all. don't give any solution and we are 6 people waiting for others 2 more friends
Sofya was our server and she was just wonderful! Good service! Food was okay, ambience was good.
No hostess to greet us when we walked in. But the waitress made up for it because she was outstanding! Friendly and always coming to see if we needed something.
The food was okay, but the prices were a bit too high. We ordered jalapeno poppers (5 per order with a dip), and a plate of nachos (fairly sized). We didn't really feel full, and it came up to $32 before tips.
The ambiance was quiet for a bar, because we were there at 11:30 am on a Sunday. The venue had huge open windows facing the streets, and on this particular day, we could clearly hear a man power-washing some windows right across the street from us - it was quite loud!
I had such a fun night here with some friends for my birthday. Our waitress Jean was amazing and the atmosphere was great. We were allowed to bring cake and cutlery was provided. Also they put balloons on our table and we though that was so nice of them to consider that.
Made a reservation, got there on time and found out that the whole area is 19 and over. We had 3 kids in tow. Not a family friendly place. Might have been nice without the kids.
Nice but we came too late in evening and music was loud.
Good food, fast service.
My reservation was not honoured even though I was there on time. I had to wait in a line up and pay to get in. And didn't even get a table once I was in. It was an awful experience and I feel OpenTable allowed this to happen. I plan to speak to a manger of both companies.
We made this reservation from Calgary as we were having a weekend in Toronto with our 22 year old daughter who is in the Royal Canadian Air Force studying in her final year at Royal Military College in Kingston and her boyfriend who is in the U.S. Navy finishing his final year of studies. As it was Saint Patricks Day whilst we were spending the weekend with them in Toronto, our daughter had specifically asked us to make a reservation at an Irish pub/restaurant and I thought that going through Open Table that it would be a guaranteed reservation. Not so! When we got to Dublin Calling there was a lineup of several hundred people waiting to get in and though initially after checking with the restaurant regarding the reservation, they let us bypass the line into the place but once we got to the hostess, she completely denied we had a reservation and said that they did not take reservations on Saint Patricks Day. We were advised that we would have to go to the back of the line and it could be several hours before we got a table. This was totally not what we had planned but we did find solace in eating at an amazing sushi restaurant. I will write a separate review on this restaurant. As far as Dublin Calling, I would not recommend the place to anyone and their antics are not consistent with what we have experienced through Open Table previously.
Was there for St Paddy's and they were all setup to have a day long party. Great time, even if it was just for lunch that day.
Great place to meet friends for a drink. Very entertaining and a good variety of drinks
