From start to finish we had an outstanding meal tonight. Janeva was very attentive but let us take our time and enjoy our meal. She gave us some solid suggestions and we recommend this restaurant.

We recently dined at Dynamite, and our experience was outstanding, thanks in large part to our phenomenal server, Janeva D. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, helpful, and kind, enhancing our dining experience and making our night truly special. Janeva D continuously checked on us, ensuring that we were well taken care of throughout the night. Even when the food took a bit longer than expected, she was quick to apologize and kept us informed, making sure we felt valued. Her personal touch was unmatched—she took the time to learn our names and used them, making our visit feel warm and personalized. She is hands down one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had at any restaurant, and her exceptional service is a major reason why I will definitely be returning. The cocktails we enjoyed were delicious and perfectly handcrafted, setting the tone for a great meal. The food was generally excellent; we had the prime ribeye steak, whipped garlic potatoes, heirloom carrots, and smoked mac and cheese—all cooked to perfection. The cornbread and salmon were a bit on the dry side, but everything else on the menu was spot-on. Despite the busy atmosphere with a wedding party, a food critic, and the owners present, Chef David did an amazing job, and the entire team executed everything flawlessly. The special touch of a 7-layer chocolate ganache cake made for my birthday was an extra highlight of the evening. All the other staff members were also polite, attentive, and helpful. The environment at Dynamite was a perfect blend of calm, intimate, inviting, and lively. The open kitchen was a nice touch, allowing us to watch the chefs work diligently while maintaining a professional and clean space. Overall, it was an incredible dining experience, and we can’t wait to return! Dynamite is lucky to have such an outstanding server, and she truly made our night unforgettable.

We were celebrating after a family wedding shower. The waiter talked up the smoked scallops to our table. Two people ordered the scallops then they came back and said they had run out of scallops. As we sat there waiting for our reorders we saw table after table getting the scallops. For a high end restaurant and the prices that we paid they should never run out of scallops.

This place was fantastic!! Three of us had appetizers, entrees, drinks and desserts. Everything was prepared expertly! I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend this place to all I talk to about them.

The atmosphere is great & the location is perfect for downtown Omaha. The smoked, blood orange old-fashioned was outstanding! And our server was Chris and he was excellent.

Perfection from arrival to goodnight thank yous! Garson was our server and he had abundant help to allow for a timely and perfectly executed dinner! Smoked cocktails, stuffed olives, shrimp cocktail, cornbread, gazpacho and smoked scallops…all very delicious!…table requested honored and we made it our 8:00 concert in good time…some many outstanding tastes and treats! ( my husband was in awe of the scotch advice from the beverage manager so kind and thoughtful) I do believe we have found a new restaurant to enjoy when we come up from Lincoln to enjoy a Holland Center event….thank you very much!
