We received excellent service from the moment we arrived till we received our cheque. There are 3 little things worth mentioning: -The prices seemed a little high. (that's a personal opinion) -Our coffee was lukewarm when served, and - There were little fruit flies occasionally visiting our table. I am not critical of Earls, but honesty is the best policy for the manager's consideration. Thank you. Oh, we did receive a free dessert for our 29th anniversary!

We were at a movie before our dinner and unfortunately got stuck in traffic and showed up late to our reservation. We were still greeted by a warm welcome and thankfully the managers Izzy and Tommy were very accommodating even considering how busy the restaurant seemed and we still were able to have a great anniversary. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive! Thank you Earls we will be back again!

They play the music too loud to be enjoyable. Our server was good but wings and fries came out cold. My side of wing sauce was missing. I ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo and they forgot to the put chicken in it. The service at the St. Albert and Clareview locations is so horrendous it’s embarrassing. I thought it would be better at this location. Server was good but kitchen staff was not. Love the food but the service/food is always disappointing.

One person's steak was overdone and their drink order was missed (though I did hear the request). It was loud, where we had to almost yell to hear each other. The waitress barely made eye contact with us, which made me feel more like an inconvenience than anything else. For the price of everything I really wish the experience was better, but the food was good for everyone else. I also wish we knew that Earl's doesn't do anything for birthdays anymore as we may have picked a different place for our celebration had we known.

The waitress was very nice and helpful. She would come around often and ask if we needed anything and have conversations with us but also give us some privacy. The welcome we got was great for the birthday girl and she appreciated the card that was made!

Our food was great and we enjoyed the lovely patio! Our server Salma was incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! She accommodated my families allergies perfectly and was so sweet . I’ll definitely be back to see her again!

On a very busy Father's Day early evening sitting we found the service to be informative and attentive, the food delivery time commensurate with the busy state of the restaurant itself and the overall atmosphere in keeping with what one would expect in a visit to Earls. Our service from the minute we walked in the door until we left was abysmal. Took WAY too long to get seated without even being acknowledged. I had made a reservation with specific request to be seated by a wall b/c of hearing impairment. this was ignored so I had to ask to be moved. It took a while for our waiter to come by. Food came out promptly but then we never saw our server again. Dirty plates sat on our table for 20 minutes before I was able to get his attention for the bill. He came over and STILL left all the dirty plates on the table. Very poor. The section wasn't even very busy. Would NOT return as the prices are not good value for money and certainly not with that poor level of service.

Right away the server said the kitchen was Backed up but there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. The Sante Fe chicken salad seemed thrown together and kinda mushy, chicken was dry. Asparagus on the Cajun salmon was shriveled up and overall the dish was just okay. There was a table with little kids behind us that were acting up so it was distracting.
