   We had a GREAT dining experience at Earl's!! The service was outstanding, the food (I ordered the Mother Earth Bowl with salmon- it was magnificent! I would re-order it again in a heartbeat!), and the atmosphere was energizing. I really enjoyed Earl's and would highly recommend it!!!! Thank you so much!

   Dissapointed this time. Showed up early and was seated at bar. Ok. Then the rest of my guests showed up. Now there is six of us sitting at the bar. Our reservation was for 500 pm. Asked the bartender if we could get our table since it was now 515 pm. He made us pay at the bar for our drinks. I ended up paying for everyone to expedite the transaction. The restaurant cant carry over the bar tab to the table? The food was ok but at the end of the meal no coffee or dessert menu offered. Had to ask for coffee twice? One person ordered coffee liquor which was suppose to have whipping cream. She was told they had run out. Yet the dessert my wife ordered had whipping cream? Overall not a big deal but did make dining here less enjoyable.

   Couldn’t say enough good things, the service staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the speed the drinks and food came out was honestly so impressive, it took maybe 2 minutes for a drink to be brought to our table and the food was cooked equally fast it seemed. Food and drinks were both superb and the portion size fit the prices perfectly. Overall the layout and aesthetic of the restaurant was very classy but also comfortable, I definitely look forward to returning again to check out their patio area in warmer months as it looks like a very cool space, also a huge bonus was the validated underground parking so you can easily have a secure spot to park your vehicle that allows efficient access to and from the restaurant!

   We made a reservation, it was a game night. We were seated immediately. Service was prompt. Our server was pleasant and helpful. The food came in a timely manner. The food was good. My only complaint was that the fries could have been warmer.

   The restaurant was freezing, we couldn't take off our winter jackets the hole time. The Bigger Better Burger made a Happy meal at McDonald's look amazing in comparison. It was also brought out 15 minutes before everyone else got their dinners. The prices were insane for what we received. The coleslaw and roast potatoes that were with the ribs were good.

    Music got uncomfortably loud at 9:00pm on a Thursday. It's a nice space, and we had excellent service - but it's pretty pricey for what you get.

    Had the best late lunch/happy hour at Earl’s, seated at our favourite booth. Mason was an excellent server. Enjoyed the prawn cocktail, Dynamite roll and chicken tacos.

    Never truly understood the difference between quality and anything else. Completely outstanding. I am not a fan of veggies, but you know when it’s there you just eat it anyways because it’s filler but nothing too satisfying, but just wow… even right down to the that charcoal, vinaigrette taste to the broccoli, I just couldn’t get enough. Thank you EARL’s to an outstanding and overall amazing completion of food dining services!

    Great ambiance. This location is stunning. The bartender did a fantastic job creating our drinks, they tasted great and not diluted as I’ve had with past staff. Bravo to the cooks as well, our food was flavourful at the perfect temperature. As for our service… The host was very kind. Our server came right away with our menus and a couple minutes later checked on our order for drinks. I proceeded, my friend had not. The host had come back to check on drinks and we placed the next. And another female also checked in too. My point is, it started off great! As soon as this two additional ladies left, it went down… Our server would pass by us multiple times although we had empty drinks, empty plates etc. we would have to stop her mid tracks checking others, and although she had skipped us she’d seem annoyed that we wanted something. We spent a lot of money, I did still tip her the minimum because we ordered quite a bit - wish we didn’t feel like a nuisance. If it wasn’t for me understanding the work behind the scene, I wouldn’t have tipped a cent - Especially when this was my birthday lunch and my friends celebratory lunch for a job promotion. Kind of ruined the mood although we tried to make the best of it.

    We visited Earls on Main to celebrate St. Valentine's Day. It is one of our favourite restaurants, and we weren't disappointed! Food was good, service was good, and the location and atmosphere was perfect.

    Great service and food. Like the restaurant because parking is excellent and easy to find. Also wife has gluten intolerance so chefs accommodate her. Overall great experience.

    Came for my Dad’s birthday. Was on a Jets game day so it was pretty loud and packed with fans in the restaurant upon arrival, got quieter as our dinner went on. My pineapple cucumber mule as well as the spinach three cheese dip was really great. Our server Alexis was lovely, would definitely recommend!

    Food, great. Parking, super easy and free, indoors. Server was great . Volume of the restaurant, hard to talk past the person next to you....but, that is part of Earl's atmosphere. it's buzzing

    Great restaurant, great food. Abby was a great server. It would be nice if the restaurant provided a small complimentary birthday dessert, doesn’t need to be big. Or when you purchase a 12 dessert would nice to have a candle in it at min.

It us out of an abundance of caution that we don't use a sparkler in our creme brûlée. Because of the consistency of the custard we can't be sure that the candle/sparkler will stay upright and would never want to risk a guest being hurt.     We made a reservation but were made to wait 15 minutes which is a lot when you have an hour lunch break. When I inquired of the hostess seating people (not the check in hostess) why the wait was so long when we had a reservation she was very rude to us. The server was not attentive, did not follow up or fill our drinks or check on us and we had to ask for our bill as she never spoke with us again after we placed our order. We were two women and noticed she was VERY attentive to the tables of men. Her name was Connie W.

    Ryll our waitress was very good! Attentive always at right time! Had crab cakes and yam fries…. fries were cold and eaten some but still just (nicely😊)wanted to let them know and very apologetically replaced with hot ones within minutes! Great restaurant in the Peg. Thanks

    Had a reservation and came on time for it. We walked over to our table with the hostess but another group was then placed in our table. Waited 5 minutes till they figured out what to do with us, they decided to put us in a small table that only fit 3-4 people for the 5 of us and said to us that a table should be opened up in 45 minutes. We were starving so we ordered appetizers and drinks and waited till we were officially moved to a table. They move us into a table around the 40ish minute mark (again we had reservations made). Our server was kind but because of the overall experience we already had, my friends and I felt unhappy with everything. As we finished up, server never asked us what we celebrated, or what we were doing after. Didn’t even greet us a have a good night after we finished paying and was getting ready to leave. Overall that was left a bad taste in all of our mouths as this was everyone’s first time going to this location.
