    Very poor and extremely slow seating service with 1 waitress in front and empty restaurant yet took unusually long to be seated Very slow service with 1 waiter tending to multiple tables Poor water service snd had to physically get attention of staff to ask for caraffe to be filled Air of pretenciousness with poor table service Food was mediocre and overpriced Will not be returning

    The seafood is excellent. Oysters, tuna tataki, tuna tacos and crab cakes were all top shelf. Portion sizes are on the smaller side which is great if you want to try multiple dishes. However, pricing was a little steep for the serving size. Outdoor patio may be the best in town. The server was attentive and very helpful with navigating the menu. Great location. Definitely on the dining rotation.

    I have tried on 4 occasions to order an impossible burger with cheese, and all 4 times they have forgotten to put the cheese on somehow? I always have to remind them that I did in fact ask for cheese, and only then will they bring my burger back, throw on a slice of cold cheese, and then serve it to me once again. Warm burger + cold cheese. 🤨 Not very impressed but I have been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt…

    food was great and the first round of drinkwas amazing but when I ordered the second drink and it was the same looks like they made it in the rush and was not good at all. I felt like for when it gets busy they just rush everything and the quality of their drinks does take a toll which is not good cz sometimes you go to these places to have some nice drinks and you get disappointed when that happens. But the food and service was amazing

    When the weather is sunny, this is one of the nicest patios in the city… well furnished and planted. We went before a downtown evening concert, so this venue is within walking of all key events. I’m a bit disappointed with the inflation effects of draft sleeves at a $5 price, and I’m hoping with the decrease in demand for beer, Earls (nationally) can broker a deal with a local craft brewery (and food suppliers) for better priced happy hour pricing. 🤘

    Dishes are extremely overpriced and quality is just ok. $27 for the Bangok Bowl with prawns, which consisted of 1/2 rice, 1/2 salad which was mostly Napa cabbage (which is fine, but a very inexpensive vegetable), and 5 small shrimp, clearly cooked from frozen. Bill for 2 "bowls" and 1 cup of tea was $72 with tip, a bit outrageous for what we had.

    What a great experience! My co-workers and I walked over to this new location and tried it for the first time since it has opened last fall and we were absolutely wowed with the service by the hostess, our waitress Kelly and the kitchen staff who served up a delightfully scrumptious meal! We all love the atmosphere the location provided us to visit over a meal. It was a very enjoyable visit. Two thumbs up and highly recommend! Also, the Chicken Biryani was perfect! Thank you!

    In general it was really good, but unfortunately they took the calamari from the menu which was one of the best things. Probably not coming back often unless it is retuned to the menu.

    Both food and drinks went downhill from the last time I’ve gone, pizza had barely anything on it, fries were fried to long and the drinks did not taste like frozen margaritas asked for a strawberry and tasted like pure lime juice but location is beautiful

    My wife and I went for our Anniversary dinner and we’re a little disappointed, staff was friendly but the food was okay but over priced for what you get, had a seat on the patio and it was noticeably dirty for being the fancy new Earls location. Dust and dirt on the seats we were put at behind and underneath the throw pillows that looks like it has been there for weeks, as well as a good layer of old food and crumbs and bottle corks kicked under the chairs that hasn’t been swept up in weeks. I understand things get dirtier outdoors but it was a little excessive, overall it was just okay. Would probably go somewhere else next time.
