    Great service from Hanna. Blackened chicken is always done amazing. Only downside was that there were a lot of flies in the restaurant but I guess that comes with fall.

    Earls South Albert continues to amaze! The birthday lunch was absolutely lovely, and we were splendidly looked after by the wonderful Makayla, who is always a treat. The only down side was the steak, which was well-done rather than medium (this is actually the first time they haven't gotten the steak right in many years). They were suitably attentive and apologetic, offering us compensation, when we told them about the issue. As for the rest of the food, it was perfectly appointed, and the birthday boy was made to feel very special! No wonder Earls is still our favourite place to hang out for relaxing conversation in lovely surroundings--and for a great meal!

    It was good experience overall, but their was delay with our food and we ordered pretty fast when we arrived. We mentioned to them, we needed them to be prompt with our food because we needed to get back to the office for a meeting. Otherwise the service was good and their was no problems with our food.

    Our family of 6 adults and 2 children under 5 years had a wonderful evening, great food and excellent service. Sabina, our server, was prompt and friendly, and quickly brought out chicken tenders and fries for the little ones while the adults considered their orders. She also later brought out another order of fries and Caesar salad when the little ones were ready to eat again. Drinks were replenished, appies served promptly. As with the last time we were at Earl's, the main courses took a little too long to arrive, but were worth waiting for. The staff brought out a celebratory dessert and card to acknowledge our anniversary. The entire staff were professional and accommodating. We will be back soon!

    Very dissapointing last visit compare to many prior visits. Service and the food were lacking this visit despite the restaurant being quiet.

    We were there to celebrate a birthday which we mentioned on our reservation. Earl’s even asked if we we were celebrating something. Because of that we presumed something special would be done for our birthday person. Maybe a free dessert? Nothing was done! Everyone could see in the restaurant that we were there for a special birthday. I thought it was very sad that we had to pay for her dessert! I was there celebrating this past Father’s Day and a free dessert was brought out! If this isn’t a policy any longer then don’t ask what we are celebrating.

    Service very slow and inconsistent. Only one waitress!! Had to send my simple drink order back twice. One guest had allergies and meal sent back twice. Food very average tasting. Would like to try again possibly??
