   We went to Earls for dinner and all wanted steaks, but when we were placing our order, the server told us they weren’t serving any steaks because they “couldn’t prepare them due to broken machinery.” It would have made it easier if we knew this before spending 15 minutes studying the menu!

   I really really want to like Earl’s. The ambiance is nice, service is great, and there are a lot of creative choices for gluten free and vegan eaters. However, both times I’ve eaten there, at 2 different locations, I’ve gotten dairy cheese when specially ordering a vegan item off the plant based section of the menu. The first time the server forgot to choose the vegan option when submitting our order and I ate half of it before inquiring. He was apologetic. Yesterday I again ordered a vegan item and when the server delivered it, I knew it wasn’t vegan. She kindly checked twice and the kitchen confirmed it was vegan but I know vegan cheese and that was definitely not vegan. It is frustrating because if I order something clearly marked vegan on the menu, I shouldn’t have to question it nor should I have to eat dairy cheese. There was clearly a staffing issue yesterday as well as the poor hostess was also seating people which caused a little back up at the hostess desk and outdoor seating wasn’t available. Our server was great and all our food came out at the same time which is great for a party of 12. As I said, I really want to like Earl’s but I don’t think I can safely eat there.

   We had a great table and a FANTASTIC waitress who handled our difficult family with the skill and 'effortless' service of a true professional! And, they allowed us to bring in our own Gluten Free cake to celebrate our parents' anniversary. Everyone had a good time -- highly recommended!

   We were disappointed. It was my wife's birthday, and she order the sea bass, which we then learned they were out of. She got a burger instead, which was overcooked. I ordered the peppercorn steak which was mediocre. Not worth the $40 price tag. My son ordered a $45 sirloin and it looked like it was from the kids menu at Outback. Mediocre restaurant at nice restaurant prices. Stay away.

   Love this place but really disappointed with the oysters, very dirty/fishy and for the price, not the best quality. As well as the truffle fries, super well done. Other than, dinner was yummy.

    As much as I like the location, I have been disappointed with the food the last few times I went to Earl's at Assembly. The brunch options used to be good dishes for a good price. The prices went up and the quality went down. Not a good comb

    My family & I were looking forward to a very special family graduation celebration for our daughter. I called ahead twice to tell them we had 5 members of our party of 8 over the age of 78 & to ensure we had good seating accommodations. When we arrived, they shoved us all into a very crowded booth that would only comfortably seat 6 back by the very LOUD & HOT open kitchen. Everyone was shoulder to shoulder with no room all squeezed into the booth. We asked repeatedly for more place settings & water glasses and took forever to get them. It was an awful experience overall. I told the manager how upset I was and all they did was offer to pay for our 2 appetizers. Big deal! Our celebration wasn’t very celebratory b/c all night everyone was so hot & uncomfortable. We paid hundreds of dollars for our bill & it was a terrible disappointment. Earls cares more about money than the customers. I’ll never go back.

    I used to love this place and the food was consistent. Things have changed. Sushi was not as good neither was the steak entree. Not sure if this was because it was Mother's Day and they were busy or if they changed the way they are making the food company wide.

    Gabby and Elrick were great, completely understanding and happy to accommodate us with every request especially on a busy mothers day and celtics gameday. The front desk receptionist in the morning was also very helpful as reservations for 5 could not be made online but there was an option for 4 people. They were able to place us in a great area to watch the game and provide us a seating area for 5. Will not be my last time visiting Earls and will always recommend friends to ask for Gabby and Elrick as their servers.

    The food was very good. blends of flavors and textures were excellent, except the ribs, which I found to be quite dry. The presentation was outstanding. Service was good, but I was a little disappointed with a shift change that caused the server to come and ask us to pay prematurely. I felt rushed and thought it was a little tacky, especially on mothers day. It is the only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating.

    Went on Mother’s Day. Service is really exceptional. We had a great waitress. I thought the food was just average, though, and very pricey for what we were given. I had the chicken and waffles, which I was not impressed with. Others in my party has slightly better brunch dishes.

    Service was quite poor and even though it was a Saturday evening, this isn't something that a restaurant can compromise on. To make matters worse, a bunch of the food items on the menu were already over, so my 2 year old ended up having a dinner of fries only. They did find a pizza (don't know how because at the time of placing the order we were told they were out of pizzas) that they brought to us quite late into our dinner but by that time my daughter was already stuffed up on fries. Besides, that pizza was cold and hard so we did not quite like it either. I think only their drinks were up to the standard. Cocktails were good and the pineapple juice they served for our daughter seemed to be freshly squeezed. Definitely not a place we would go back to, not a family friendly environment, very loud, and not the best ambience. Overall, absolutely not worth the price (unless you are going there just to get drinks at the bar perhaps).

    Joined friends for lunch and one travels in a scooter. Staff was gracious & accommodating. All our orders were delicious. As a vegan, I especially appreciate plant based option. It was a lovely time.

    Everything was perfect!! Our server was ver accommodating we told her we needed to be done with dinner by 9 we had 815 reservation we had to be in Boston by 930 she recommended items on the menu that would allow us to do that!!!!

    We were surprised with brunch remaining on the menu at 1:00pm on Sunday! We were happy it was. Ordered a sushi roll and brunch entree items. Food was very good. Decor and overall appearance of restaurant was great too.

    There’s no such a thing as 5oz, 7oz, and 9oz wine. It’s supposed to be a glass of wine and a bottle 😟Or at least the server should notify. The food is delicious. It was so noisy and hot, and no any kind of steak.

    We had brunch at Earl's to celebrate our twin daughters' birthday. Food was excellent, as was the service and ambience. Mike was our waiter and I cannot say enough about how professional, accommodating, and lovely he was. We were a party of 11, so not easy to serve everyone at the same time, but he did. He was right there with coffee when asked! Food was served in a timely manner and it was delicious. The appetizers were beyond delicious as were the brunch drinks. Do not miss the seafood tower! I must say we were impressed by our entire experience. We will definitely be back to Earl's!

    Waitress did not get our orders correct. She asked if anything was wrong while serving which was difficult because more time is needed to answer that question. She did not come back to check in after that. It took a while to get our table cleaned up and then receive the check. Will not be going back.

    I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful time I had yesterday. I met my college roommate who I have not seen in many years and our waitperson was fabulous and accommodating. The food and drinks and dessert was second to none . It was the best day!
