I had a really amazing experience at Bankers Hall! Our server Laila was amazing and should be recognized for how efficient and kind she was throughout our dining experience. The manager, Sam, also contributed to our incredible dining experience. Sam always made sure we were never missing anything and provided great drink recommendations!

We encounter server who was being racist and trying to remind us that we are getting happy over prize menu. That was very nice of him, and we need to stop this racist behaviour in Canada soon.

All 6 of us agreed that everything was great. Special recognization for Sam, our waiter. He was excellent from start to finish. Drinks, appetizers, main course and desserts were all very good.

Steaks were ordered medium rare, but were practically rare and not cooked properly. Both of us who ate steaks felt a bit nauseas after. Creme Brulee was also burnt. Had higher expectations for Earls Bankers Hall. Staff was great and it was not too busy which I appreciated.
