I was pretty disappointed as I had no idea that Earl's menus at the locations are inconsistent. I went to earls specifically for a menu item (homemade chicken fingers) and they never had it at both downtown locations. I only treat myself once every few months due to food intolerances, so I was more disappointed than the average person. The burger was okay, had a weird smell and tatse to it a bit, the spin dip was good as always and the mocktail I ordered was good. The service was good as well. If you're a big fan of a specific dish at Earls, call before to see if they have it as the locations differ and they keep changing their menus. My husband used to love the crispy chicken burger and that item is no longer there as well.

You are correct regarding Earls locations having different items on their menus. The crispy chicken tenders are also one of my favourite items, however they are not on the menu at our downtown restaurants. You can find them at all suburban locations such as Earls Dalhousie, Earls 16th Ave, Earls Shepard Flats, as well as our new location in South Center Mall! We do update our menu twice a year (usually fall/winter and spring/summer) so I highly recommend checking out our menus online at earls.ca before you visit any location so you can see what offerings are available. Despite not having chicken tenders at Bankers Hall, I hope you'll be back to visit us again in the future!

Wow! The food, the service and the ambience was perfect! Everyone’s food arrived quickly and it was absolutely delicious! We had top notch lunch service, very attentive server and the manager came by to ensure we were happy. Last time we ate here for lunch, there were some hiccups due to an unexpected fire alarm. They asked us to come back to re do our experience. We did, they were excellent! That’s why we love Earl’s!

The Service was “Exceptional” along with the food always being good! In addition, the Supervisor that took over for the Manager, I believe her name was Exalyia or close I hope - I apologize for being wrong if I am, she was also fantastic! She made an extra effort to ensure things were great and she did that! Thanks for everything!

Everything was great and solid service all around. Was super busy so it took a bit of time to get served at times. Understandable since there was a 60 people booking so can’t fault. Only reason I put 4 stars was because of that. Otherwise awesome experience.

We enjoyed our pre-concert (at Jack Singer) dinner here . I love the Fettuccine Alfredo ( I get it with the grilled chicken) Hubby enjoys the Cajun chicken sandwich. Decent wine choices- we tried a new one ( for us ) and the price point was reasonable. Our server Dani was a treat - she was personable and took great care to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. We’re looking forward to our next Jack Singer concert as well as our pre show dinner !

Long wait to have a server come over Ordered a pitcher of beer with three glasses but was served three pints. As well not even five minutes after ordering we were given a happy hour menu. There were items on there that we ordered and also would have ordered had we know before I think that was not nice

Great service. Even when a fire bell rang off. Great food and drinks. My only complaint is that both the buddha bowl and the Cajun chicken salad had so much garlic both of us felt we smelled the rest of the night. It was intense. Scale back on garlic, but otherwise a great experience.

Arrived for our reservation and still needed to wait and the restaurant was not full at all. Then our server was MIA for most of the time we were there. Had to get other servers to go and locate our server on several occasions. Food was good.

I just realized by looking at the receipt again. I ordered the Chicken Briyani Bowl yesterday and the waitress actually also repeated the order correctly before leaving the table. However, I was actually served Bangkok Chicken without me realizing it until today. I thought the taste was a bit off when I had it yesterday but I did not question it. I am just super disappointed that such an error could happen when the waitress already clearly repeated my order correctly.

It’s always nice to go to Earls at Bankers Hall. I usually take the Santa Fee salad with chicken. This is the first time the chicken was sliced very thin and was a little dry.

We had brunch with another couple at Earls Bankers Hall. We started out with a Caesar (as in the past found Earls’ Caesars were the best!) but were disappointed as they no longer included a pepperoni stick. Three of us ordered Eggs Benedict and two of the orders the eggs were not runny at all. We told the waitress who was going to talk to the chef and then we heard nothing further about it. We were surprised as Earls usually has better food and service.
