Very nice vibes they had a live dj and the food was delicious. Service was very friendly and fun
The restaurant is very nice and in a great location. I needed a phone charger and they were very helpful! The only issue was that I asked for there to be some time between appetizers and the mains which did not happen.
Our experience at Earls bankers hall went very well from the moment we walked in the door. Staff who greeted us were friendly, personable, and great conversationalists. Our Server was terrific, very knowledgable and friendly. Our meals were fresh hot and juicy. It was also very convenient to pay for a meal using the QR code on the table, as it showed our bill and allowed me to pay directly from the app so that was terrific as well. Will definitely come back again thank you

Chicken Thai bowl was as delicious as always…so was the chicken fettuccini. Know where to go when we get that craving. Yum!
We both had the Eggs Benedict. Unfortunately the eggs were overcooked and there was far too much lemon in the hollandaise sauce. The ham, artisan bread and the potatoes were excellent. The service was excellent.

The steaks were good, the fries were really good. The crab cake was so-so. Prices were reasonable for the area. Beer and wine selections were ok too, but given the number of local microbrews available it was a lost opportunity.

Earls is always fantastic, with great service! Weekend brunch is amazing, great price and yummy food! The girls working the patio for Sunday Brunch literally moved Heaven and Earth (heaters) to make us comfortable. Great experience always!

We went over lunch, and the crowd was small (I'm sure due to the effects of COVID), so it was quiet, which I liked. The food was very good, served quickly, the restaurant looked very nice, and the service was pleasant and friendly. The only thing, at it wasn't really a big deal, is that I had to get up and ask someone to give me the bill. I sat and sat and sat and no one came by for a while. I had to get to a meeting, so I had to get up and look for someone to give me the bill. Other than that - great experience. I'll be back.

Overall a good consistent experience. Earls is known for food time and good service at a great price. Too bad they under pay their employees and offer little to no reward like benefits for long term cooks/servers who are not managers. Greedy buggars.

Food/drinks and atmosphere were all very nice but our server was just quite slow with bringing drinks/sauces and we had to constantly remind him. We didn’t mind all too much as it was really no big deal and we had a little laugh at it. I can only imagine how crazy a job it must be having to remember each tables individual requests and stuff like that but hopefully next time we won’t have to wait as long for just a side of sauce.
I tried the Garlic Prawn Spaghetti and it was delicious.

We had a great server , I do not recall his name but he was very kind .Food was great, and great service . Staff were very quick to ensure guests on the patio were not being harassed by nearby individuals under the influence walking up Stephen Ave and handled their interactions extremely professionally . Very comfortable experience ,
Made a reso on OpenTable, did manage to get upgraded to a patio seat. 2 meals were ordered, my guests meal was great, my steak and sushi was not. The sushi part was good but the steak was gristly cut too big to eat with chop sticks and due to the gristle could not even bite off parts. Rather than comp the meal I couldn't eat, they just too the price of the steak off. Probably wont be going back for a while.

Moved the heater for us without asking. That was really appreciated. Food was good as always.
It was a great lunch on the patio. The only thing would be to have refills on drinks sooner, but I'm sure they are running minimum staff as things keep opening up.
Our server Mary, was fantastic. Food was exceptional. Only complaint, was the number of drunk obnoxious business men...not an Earl’s issue beyond over serving. Otherwise we’ll done, thank you!

Multiple people within the lounge did not follow covid protocol and staff did not correct it. Free roaming without masks and table hopping..... Will not return for a while

We came in at 5:15 thinking it was happy hour (honest mistake as googles results said 6) our server Shaye neglected to correct us even though we made several references to the fact we wanted to order before happy hour ended. She finally told us when we recieved our bill of 200$. Horrible service and at this point I will not be returning.

My one comment was that I thought the restaurant was open for outdoor dining, since there was an option to book for patio - only to discover that it is not yet. I was disappointed with this since I didn't want to eat indoors during the pandemic. I also found the tables inside seemed to be fairly close together and would have preferred if they were more distanced. The food was decent however and the service was good.

Came in with a friend that I hadn’t seen in over a year for a birthday drink as we now both live alone and made each other our cohorts. Our server seemed nice but was not very engaging, it was a typical “what can i get you” sort of service/experience with no guest-oriented focus in mind. We spent a couple of minutes looking for her after our food was dropped off by someone else to order a side of hot sauce for our appetizers and she was sitting down at a high table with three other customers talking to them. A little concerning with all the covid precautions that should be in place.
Other than that it was good.
The food was good and came out quickly, drinks were well made and came out quickly as well. We did have a different server drop off our drinks and our food.
We will come back, but will probably sit at the bar as the bartenders at Earls Bankers Hall are very customer service oriented, and make the experience better.

The chicken tacos were scrumptious and the bacon cheddar burger was one of the best I’ve ever had. The mango margaritas were delicious and the rum and Coke’s were good except I was surprised they didn’t have Bacardi white. The only thing that might improve is a small lamp on the table for better lighting to read the paper menu. Or even better, have a way to register our table as we couldn’t download the menu on our phones. I wish I could remember the servers name as she deserved a lot of credit for making the experience even better. Overall, highly impressed.
