We had the pleasure of sitting in Patrick’s area in the dinning part. He was amazing. Had lots of energy and always had a smile on his face. Even after dealing with difficult customers. Made the experience very enjoyable
First time in this Location..always loved Earl's..it was pur go to spot when we lived in manitoba..it was nice to see the level of service and quality of food is just as high..loved our dinner..and our server was fabulous..we'll be back!
Menu had changed substantially and we were very disappointed. We were there early and they had already run out of an item and we had to change what we wanted. It was cold when it came and the price very high for what I received
The service was a bit slower than usual, and the restaurant was not busy.
We usually would get a free treat when celebrating a birthday, but not this time.

The chicken alfredo could have been creamier but other than that we were satisfied with everything.

it was nice, the seating area was nice and away from people. the service was great, the food was also very amazing

Cajun chicken was delicious, sides were also yummy especially the coleslaw!! Gingerbread cake was just as good as the meal.

The food was good as always but table service this evening was particularly poor. The restaurant was at 50% capacity so this made the service level surprising as well. Hopefully this was just an aberration during a short staffed Christmas break.
The restaurant wasn't very busy, but we had exceedingly slow service. The bar tender was great, in addressing our needs when we actually went to him for support, but our server was seen very seldom.... minimal interaction. This has not been our experience with Earls before, so we were quite disappointed.
Food was great, though, and we will be back, but will ask for a different server if it's the same one.
We were sitted by the main door and it was freezing. Everytime someone opened the door a gust of cold wind would come in. Not sure why we were sitted there when the back of the restaurant was completely empty. ( I got up looked)
Then we ordered our food and that was a disappointment. The sushi was very cold and the rice was crunchy. (obviously been sitting in the fridge too long) If I wanted cheap sushi I would of went to Edo.

Our server was awesome! He was on top of the service, very friendly and did an amazing job. The food was so good! I ordered the crab cakes and salad which was so filling and yummy. We will be back!

The original table reserved for us was not going to work well for the group and they had no problem re situating us. They were wonderful

When we entered the restaurant it was not busy at all, a few more tables came in and were seated. Our server was honestly awful. Very slow, inattentive, and never cleared the table. We were serviced by two other employees at the restaurant for most of the evening, and still, all of the drinking glasses remained on the table for the duration. There were 5 adults, 2-3 glasses, and two teapots cluttering the table. My husband's steak was overdone, they remade the order but he was left eating alone as we had all finished our meals before his was remade. Not an overly exciting experience for an evening out for a family dinner. Bill was over $300, was expecting better service from Earls.

It may have been that our server was new, however, they should have been shadowed.
Started with asking for a glass of wine and not knowing if they had it. Meals came out at different times and our daughters meal was wrong and tool forever to be replaced. Our meals were done by the time hers came out. Not one of our better times at Earl's.

Always a favourite place to go for dinner! The service and food is consistent and I am rarely ever disappointed. The online menu is so smart and convenient, one of my new favourite perks. I always enjoy the time I spend at earls!

when we got there all the items we had came for were taken off the menu. Also for what we got the pricing was way to high.
We were a party of two. Our server was wonderful but the wait to receive our food was unusually long. The restaurant appeared understaffed. Unfortunately, when our food finally did arrive, my entree was significantly undercooked so I declined to eat it or have it remade and was not charged for it. My friend’s entree was great. This is my third visit within the past two months where there were problems. Sadly, I have decided it will be the last time I will dine here.

We order ceaser salad which was oily, the bread crumbs were full of oil
Strawberry lemonade was with no Strawberry and truffle fries 2nd time was were way too much oily
When we called manager instead of apologizing she simply wanted us to tell her what we want to do for next order, I told her we would rather eat somewhere else and she showed me attitude as in I was eating there for free even after 3 returns my bill was around $60 the server was nice but nothing much she can do as manager didn't care about service
I will never go there again when u are there to spend money and management shows you attitude

The food and service was excellent. The lighting is not good though as it was hard to read the menu. I asked if the waitress if she could get the lighting to be brighter.
That is my only complaint. Otherwise I will keep going back

Steak was tough, mixed vegetables turned out to be green beans that were very tough, even after preparing a new portion and steaming them.

We had a great dinner out on the patio. It was a warm fall evening. Service was great and our server was fun and outgoing. We were pleased to see they did a thorough check of vaccination records and ID at the door before we entered.

Food was good, entrees are on the pricey side for what you are getting. Little disappointed with the service. While friendly, we felt very rushed by the waitress when we had taken our last bite of food to get out the door. The time of day we went was not busy and we had not planned on staying very long.
