    Had a little hiccup with placement of our dining but management handled it and got us seated. Food was so good! Alison our server was so sweet and attentive. Drinks and food flowed so well! Was definitely a wonderful evening out

    There were 4 of us for lunch. Each of us had a salad and the cost is truly excessive for a salad. The Sante Fe Chicken Salad used to be full of chicken, avocados, dates and other vegetables. Now it is mostly lettuce with a few cubes of avocado and less than half a chicken breast. Won't be back - dissappointing and expensive.

    service was slow Fettuccini had no flavor, seasoning or parmesan, terrible over priced kung pao vegetables cut it too small, mostly noodles - won't be coming back

    The food was amazing, but the service was subpar. It was very slow and took a very long time for anyone to talk to us after the initial contact. And it wasn't very busy in the lounge.

    Had a great experience tonight. My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and then staff took such good care of us and even brought us a celebratory cake! It was the cutest little cake ever. I we will definitely be back :)

    I've always liked Earl (i usually go at the Downtown one) but this visit was not as good. We were seated in the dining room, and there seemed to be only one server for the whole space = service was a bit slow, requests were missed. Food wise, I had the clam chowder, which was definitely not a proper one (I dont even know what to call what I was served), my mistake for ordering it in Calgary. Bacon Cheddar burger was good, but a tad too salty. The drinks were good, especially the new smoky margarita.

    First time going to this Earls location but I’ve been to the Dalhousie a few times and 16th ave. Everything is usually great so I expected no less with this location. The food was great but service was slow maybe its because the server had lots of tables to attend to (?) so I understand if that was the case, but there was no hospitality energy coming from the server either so it was a let down when she didnt at least ask what the occasion we were there for. Other than that job in itself was done right it was mainly slow service and the hospitality communication with customers could be improved.

    earls has one of the best happy hours in town. we came in time for their late happy hour and we were served by a wonderful, and genuinely friendly wait staff this evening. wish we had gotten her name, we talked about recommendations for pho in calgary.

    Decent food options, including vegan and vegetarian meals. It took time to get our meals, but it could be because of the busy night and our large group. Overall, would recommend this place.

    Trying to have a nice dinner for my coach with everyone from my gym, but we were waiting on servers, they were communicating with the people who arrived late so they didn’t get drinks or anything. My food was raw and then they brought me out a smaller steak then what I asked for. The steak was purple, chewy and horrible. Horrible night all around other then it being my coaches birthday

    We reserved for my wife’s 50th birthday and were thrilled with the service and food quality. Our server, Mikaela (sp?), was efficient and very friendly. We will absolutely be back!

    Overall service was OK considering was very busy for one waitress to take care of everybody in our section the time she was with us she was always very helpful and recommending good suggestions to us.

    Steak Frites were good, as usual. The Ahi Tuna Poke bowl seemed different than what I have had in the past. Tuna was great, but the rice had a different texture, and the veggies simply consisted of finely cut radish, and finely cut cucumber. OK, but not great.

    They did not pay any attention to our reservation stating 5 people, and tried to seat us as 3. After reminding them we reserved for 5, the first two tables they attempted to seat us at would never have fit 4 much less 5 people. They seemed extremely disorganized and unprepared for every part of serving the public. Would not recommend

    Our server Lila was amazing. She went a live and beyond for us. We have had her before and last night it seemed like she was the only one serving in the lounge but she still made a point of making us feel important.
