   Not a flexible staff or menu. I asked if they could make tuna sushi roll without spicy and they said no because it’s “premade”. Huh? The kids apple juice was in a glass with ice and no lid like it was a whiskey! The kids menu is online but not available on paper at the restaurant like the adult menu. There is no view and it isn’t truly a rooftop . I Recommend Deck 12 for rooftop views. Waffle was burnt, eggs were pathetic portion. I wish I could add photo here! Also just slow service in general. And the payment issue w ipad breaking was odd. Looking forward to View Boston opening and hope the food and service are better there.

   We had a reservation for 5:30p and when we checked in there were others with a reservation at the same time. We had to wait a bit before we were seated, which was fine. However, a party which was the same size as my party came in without a reservation and were seated before us. Also, we ordered appetizers and a dinner. The appetizers and dinner came out at the same time and we had to leave our dinners off to the side of the time while we at our appetizers and they got cold.

   Ordered an appetizer 20 mins before we put in our main course (so we could have time to enjoy It) and once the appetizer came out the main course came out literally 2 mins after our appetizer. Main course was then cold.

    Delicious food with many vegan options!! My meal was delightful! With our reservation, we were able to get right in fast. Our server was very nice and attentive! Love this restaurant!

    Our server was great and very attentive. However, our one-hour lunch turned into a two-hour lunch. Our food was very slow to come out. If you are not in a rush this is a great spot to hang and eat.

    My husband and I love Earl's anytime that we are in Boston, we do brunch on sunday's and we never go anywhere else. Ali is our favorite waitress she is just amazing. The whole staff is amazing, neither one of us has ever had any complaints or a bad meal.

    We had a fantastic server and a great time. We just thought it was about 25% more expensive for what it is. There are a lot of nicer choices with a more refined and relaxing atmosphere at that price point. For a Saturday bite after shopping, it’s a big spend.

    Awful. Just absolutely cursed from the start. I have had poor dining experiences with this establishment in the past, but wanted to give it a second chance. We arrived on time for our 8:30 reservation. When we went to check in, the host said that our reservation had already been sat (which isn’t possible since the entire party was standing in front of him). They proceeded to say that our table reservation was already occupied, but they could try to seat us inside. It was not our fault that the reservation had been wrongly filled. We had booked for an outdoor table and ended up receiving a table near the bathroom in the corner inside. It then took about fifteen minutes for a server to even look our direction. Once he did arrive, we ordered drinks. I ordered a glass of wine and upon arrival, there was visible debris on the outside of the glass, as well as fingerprints and other, quite frankly, disgusting, substances. I am normally one to suck it up, but this was past the point of saving (I have images if needed). I sent the glass back and was given a replacement, and was told that the manager himself cleaned the glass before giving it back. This almost made me feel bad for sending the glass back, but I think it’s the bare minimum to have a clean glass to drink from. As we ordered food, our waiter noticed us ordering from the Happy Hour section and was quick to point out that it was not within hours of ordering from that section, even though the menu quite visibly said that these prices were in effect after 9PM on Thursdays (it was well after 9). Our food was good and as expected. We then received the check, only to find that I was charged TWICE for the glass of wine, and several of them Happy Hour menu items ordered were not charged with their Happy Hour prices. All in all, horrible experience and I’m sad to say I won’t be coming back after the treatment I received, and the staff’s lack of trying to make things better after we were visibly unhappy.

    Odd experience, but if one places an order for a multi-course meal (appetizer, salad, entree) it all gets delivered at once. The explanation from the food delivery person (different than then server in our case) was "it was put in that way". Not my vision of a dinner/meeting out with business clients ( priced north of $100/person). To add to it, our steaks were under cooked, except for the steak in a steak salad that was ordered (that was over cooked).

    Great place for a graduation brunch or dinner. Nice open concept and lounge vibe. Music not too loud but like a dance club playlist. Good and service were excellent. Recommended!

    We had a reservation for the patio. They sat us inside about 20 min after our reserved time. Food was nothing special. Ambiance was nice but I would have preferred an outdoor seat. Food took so long the bar sent over a round of Prosecco for the table and the waiter offered free dessert. Funny though we ordered 3 desserts the waiter brought 2 and said he wasn’t going back to the kitchen.
