   Every person we spoke to from the moment we stepped in the front door to the time we left was so incredibly kind, welcoming and genuine. We were greeted with champagne while we waited for our table. Our server Hayli was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. We never waited long for anything. She made us laugh, really took care of us and went above and beyond. She made our stay so fun and so enjoyable. Hayli- incredible job! Definitely the best Earls I’ve been to. Will definitely go back.

   Great overall, you guys are doing a great job! One small detail- why are the washrooms called 'Restrooms'? In Canada we call them 'Washrooms', not restrooms. Maybe an American Interior Designer made a mistake? Not a big deal but it made me think I was in the US.... ; )

   The service for food took about 30 minutes despite it being a chicken Caesar salad. Also, note to the staff - the birthday cake was suppose to be a surprise. Thus, it would be great to not bring out the plates and cutlery before the cake.

    The service was good. Minor issues: 1. I had reservation but still needed to wait some good 10-15 minutes for the table to be ready. 2. There were two steaks ordered medium rare but ended up medium well.

    The service was not great. Hot entrees were bought out with a chilled Seafood Tower, which was not ideal as iy ultimately meant we would end up having cold entrees. It was also my mom's birthday and we have requested a dessert with a candle however when this was bought to our table they have forgotten all about that so it was rather anticlimatic.

    Our experience was greatly elevated by Hayli’s service. Her recommendations were spot on and her attention to the table was also very notable.     For a table full of seniors the “background” music was a bit loud. The pulled chicken sandwich was delicious but the sourdough was, well, soggy—can’t recommend. Every thing else was perfect and the service was friendly and helpful but never intrusive. We will be back!!

    Sangria was too sour to drink Diet coke was flat Tuna tataki very small dish Shrimp cake $25 certainly overpriced Tuna poke rice had hard dried bits of rice throughout. Got blinded by the sun at one point due to the sun bouncing off the high rise and no blinds to lower. The place was really noisy and the music was more club inspired than dinner and was way to loud. Overall a disappointing birthday dinner. Dinner with 2 drinks, 1 pop, 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 1 dessert $150 before tip. No plans on going back.

    I booked a reservation days in advance. We were initially seated at table by a large window, we asked if the blinds could be lowered as it was extremely hot, we were in the direct sun and it blinded some of our table so they couldn’t see the rest of our party across from them. We were told they had electronic blinds and would lower them we then waited approx 15 mins for a server to take our drink order. After waiting another 5 mins we flagged down another person who told us they did not have blinds so we asked to be moved. We were moved, it was about 30 mins before we saw our first round of drinks. When the food came out we were missing sauces for the seafood and multiple people had no drinks left. When we went to pay we were told that the server wasn’t feeling good (had stomach pains) but that the manager needed her to still show up for her shift. The server apologized for the lack of service. We were told we could get a free dessert for the table to share for the lack of service. We ordered one dessert which after waiting for about 15 mins never arrived.

    They were out of Tofu and alferado sauce which leaves not much else for options for vegetarians. I had fries and margarita pizza for dinner :-(. Sucked pretty bad to be honest.

    Food was great, delicious fresh oysters and amazing creme brûlée. I dined alone and felt very comfortable. It was really busy so waiter was more attentive to larger parties. All in all nice experience and I will certainly be back.

    We had a reservation for 7:15, but the place was quite busy so we didn’t get seated till 7:50. There was also some unfortunate circumstances with the food… However, the servers, management team, and head chef were quick to address the situation and overall the experience was enjoyable.

    I found the menu's food selection very limited. One of our orders was a pizza and it is the thinnest pizza i have ever eaten. The only thing that made it better was dipping the crust in the oyster sauce (trust me, it was good). Portions are small and not worth the price. The service was okay, the server was not as attentive as we would have liked her to be. The music was also a bit too loud to talk to my friend, even though she was sitting right across from me.

    The kind waitress brought me free french fries when my order was delayed, even though it didn't bother me because it wasn't delayed for a long time. The waitress made sure to check up on my table to refill the water and bring away plates, etc. the food was delicious and extremely filling

    This was my second time at Earl's Brentwood and I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time. The restaurant is bright and not noisy. That is very important to me as I like hearing conversations with my friends. Our server, Dan, was excellent. He was friendly and funny. He sold us on the features. I would recommend being seated in his section. Thank you for a great experience.

    Reserved a table weeks before Mother’s Day. Was a very hot day and we were given table right by the window. Which was wide open and with the sun beating down right on our table. The bench seat was hot to the touch. Asked 3 employees if we could be moved. No one came back to accommodate. We left, but not before I spoke to Ellen Barbour general manager.
