The food would have received five stars if it had been hot. Three of us had the Eggs Avocado Benedict, and although it was delicious, it was not even luke warm. We didn't send it back though thought about it. I hate to waste food and that is what would have happened. Also, my daughter had her omelette, which was good and we wanted to eat together. The service was attentive and friendly. I hope that if we come back and order something hot, we receive it hot!

Went here for a friend's birthday, they had balloons and a card on the table which was so thoughtful. The venue is gorgeous and the food/drinks were great too and really good service from ours servers as well.

Made reservations for 5 PM, phoned to confirm. arrival was 5:20 confirmed 2x by texts ( got 3rd text and phone call from Earls while walking from parking from the restaurant and no answer when I answered the phone) entered at 5:20 and was told that he reservation was cancelled. Was my wife’s 55 birthday and had made reservations 2 weeks in advance. All in all, awkward entrance got a long wait to get in.

My fiancé and I went out to celebrate my birthday. Our server Hayli was excellent in her service, also offering a free birthday dessert which was amazing! I would say that the chicken hunan kung pao while delicious, had slightly undercooked noodles but other than that, all the food we got was amazing!

Service was very attentive, with several staff assigned to the table, which helped keep things moving. We didn't want for anything, and delivery of each course and drinks were in good time, not too rushed and not too slow. Food was very good. The chocolate toffee pudding wasn't a favourite at the table (3 of us ordered it); cake had a freezer burned taste to it and the almond florentine was a bit chewy/stale. Crab cakes were outstanding, and meal portion sizes were generous but tasteful. For ambience, the setting is actually lovely, and inside the restaurant was very comfortable and quite beautiful. My lower rating is because even though I was in the middle of the restaurant away from the windows, the big electronic billboard on the Brentwood mall was so bright, it was literally blinding at times, depending on which ad it was showing, while speaking to dinner companions across the table from me. The large windows are lovely, but that billboard made it a bit of a nuisance. Maybe partial blinds could be drawn at night to cover that part of the window that allows the billboard to shine into the restaurant. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Dan was a great manager, he made sure we are taken care of while we dine. Feels like home eating in this restaurant. The staff are so friendly and very knowledgeable about their menu and the stories behind it. Shout out to Rachel and Shannon for helping us with our food and even recommending delicious choices. Just amazing! they made my day and even month. Thank you for for giving me a bday card that was so personable and made me feel so special on my special day! Would recommend this location and definitely be back for the vibe.

This was the first time that I’ve attended this particular Earls. I met a friend for brunch on Saturday. Seating was delayed as it appear they didn’t have enough people busing tables so we didn’t end up actually being seated for about 15 minutes after the reservation time of noon. The food was consistent with what I have experienced at. Earls. Actually the omelette was really good. Or it could’ve been an experience level, but we had two young men who constantly kept coming up, and without even excuse in the self jump in the middle of our conversation. It was almost as if we were being pressured to get out after an hour. Some thing I really didn’t appreciate . This could be an experience thing, but if I could pass on a suggestion, if it’s obvious that your diners are engage in a conversation, perhaps work on your timing and certainly ask permission to interrupt or at least an apology for interrupting. If I wanted the churn and burn experience, I would’ve sat in McDonald’s instead.

The brunch was very good. Love the potatoes in particular. The meal is just the right size. We were a party of four and all enjoyed their various egg dishes. The carafe of orange juice for the mimosas is a bit too large. The service was excellent. The server was attentive and friendly. Would recommend the brunch. Wish it was available during the week too.

The food and atmosphere are wonderful, the manager is great. Our bartender/server on the other hand was very cold and fake. 7 people, 6 settings. An hour to get our mains, no apology or update other then do you guys want more drinks. And when we said no, just our mains. Never saw him again. Had to ask another server at the 1h15 mark. I’ve had a nice prior experience here before but this person left a bad taste in my mouth and service was very poor.

Perfectly good budget eating. The room is just buzzing enough to create warmth and a little sense of occasion. Bonus: the new Brentwood Mall reminds me of some very cool futuristic Sci-Fi movie scenes when seen after dark.
