   The ambience and place looks really nice, beyond expectations. HOWEVER, the service was not very good. I think maybe the staff are inexperienced with their reactions so they were kind of rude, as well as not smile. Me and my friend ordered at 1:59pm and the server told us we did indeed order before happy hour (starts at 2pm), so she will have to do us a favor to ask the manager. We were pretty shocked at her reaction, because it sounded totally our fault, despite us booking a table for 2 pm, and pointing solely to the happy hour menu when we ordered. The server kept asking if that was everything we wanted, because it's not that much. The place itself is super nice, but the service kind of tainted our experience. I hope that it improves at this new location and read the comment, to take the feedback more constructive than criticism.

   First time at this location. Very confusing to find, especially if you're parking at the mall. Wasn't made clear about the free 2 hour parking. We reserved a table for 4 for brunch, but our group got seated at 2 different tables for some reason. Service was spotty, but the high booth seating was comfortable, the restaurant nice and bright, happy hour brunch was reasonable, and the food was tasty. I miss the other location on Lougheed, but this location is closer so it will still work.

   My friend and I went 2 days in a row just because we were house sitting for a friend who lives close by! Service was phenomenal everyone was so nice and sweet and food was great! I can’t wait to come back

    The location is brutal for coming by car. The parking deal is a mystery - leave your car without paying parking, in what lot? You can't see anything about Earl's from the road, or the sidewalk for that matter. Walk for 10 minutes to add parking after 2 hours? If I ever go there again I will take Skytrain - from there all seems clear.

    I usually don't write reviews but I have to say something. I ordered a steak medium rare. It came cold and cut in half. It looked like it was too rare or not rare enough for somebody else so they returned it and they heat that up and served it to me and all juices were gone. I am not saying that happened I didn't even complain but just FYI for the manager or for the kitchen to not cut the steak. I experienced that first time in my life. Please use a meat thermometer if you do not know what internal temperature should have medium rare steak. Other than that was all good

    This location is by far my favourite. I got a mother earth bowl for lunch but it was pretty small for what it was and I added tofu. Flavours were good, service was great, ambience also great. I just wished it was more filling as I left a little hungry after.

    Brand new Earl's. Very well done. Wide open design. A little noisy but a great upgrade on old Lougheed location. My daughter had a steak. said it was one of the best she's ever had.

    we got our table late inspite of a booking. thereafter, the server was in a rush to get us seated and then drive us out moment we finished our last bite. only when it came to billing and tipping then she suddenly appeared to be polite and started chatting out of the blue. quite disappointing because i was celebrating my bday and went there for the first time !! the food was ok. would not go back.

    Hi there, we came in for brunch and overall had a great time. Dan was our server and did a great job. The food was fairly bland and portions really salty - we had omelettes. Also the feature cards and champagne glass stems were sticky. Loved the new decor and sound levels were good!

    This was our first time to the new Brentwood Earls. The restaurant was beautiful. The staff were nice. Our waitress was great. We had a reservation at 5:45 but still had to wait almost 30 mins before we got our table. When we went to the washroom while we waited, there was blood on a seat and on the floor. The next stall had no toilet paper. The bathroom was not clean. I reported it to the staff. But when I went again an hours later there was still blood on the seat. This is not ok! There were 4 of us. One of the ladies food came Luke warm which the waitress took back and remade and took care of it which was great! I love Earls. It’s my favourite restaurant. But the washroom situation did not sit well with me. Do better!

    Very busy restaurant but we were seated on time. Server was great, recommended a few items that she thought we might like to try. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. It’s not a place where you can talk but it was enjoyable.There is no really room between tables.

    We have been to the new Earls at Brentwood twice now and have been extremely impressed both times. The decor and ambience is really pleasant with up to date furnishings and lots of plants and natural light. The service is outstanding. It's clear that the management has worked hard to train staff and put efficient procedures in place so that customers are served promptly and given lots of attention. The staff are friendly and hard working. We were there once for happy hour and once for brunch and enjoyed the food both times.

    While I get the good intention, there were too many staff menders working who would stand along wall and watch patrons. Also, in an attempt to be attentive, the server and assistant server (?) came to table every ten minutes. Overkill. Again I get the good intention but it was too much. Seeing the wall lined up with staff was over the top and didn’t lend itself to a chill atmosphere.
