I find everywhere you go music is to loud!! Started off well the music was low but by a certain time it got louder which caused us to yell

Happy hour changed from 2-6 to 2-5 so we all ordered drinks from the happy hour menu and they didn’t tell us till after...but food is good as always!
We have been going once a week since they reopened. There is plenty of room for social distancing. The food is consistently great. The service is excellent.

We like the Burnaby Earls. The music is not super loud. The service is very good. Everyone chips in to help out the customers. Staff are pleasant. They have the best hand soap in the bathrooms. Don’t ever change that please. I usually go during happy hour to get some deals on drinks and food. More bang for my buck especially during Covid.
Delicious food as always, fantastic service and great overall ambience in the dining area. One small improvement can be made, the waiter doesn’t have to come check up on us every 5 minutes. I counted and he came over 9 times in about an hour to ask how it’s going and if everything is tasting alright. I’m happy to just eat and signal for service when I need something or he can come by 1 to 2 times. Small complaint really, but I’m sure Earl’s is looking for tips to make their service even better. Will be back again very soon!
It was my first visit to Earl's during phase 2, and I found that the restaurant was very clean and diners were spaced very well. I felt safe during my entire visit. Our server was very friendly and helpful. My friend and I enjoyed a lovely evening out, seeing each other for the first time in months!
Great experience during covid -19, allowed us to celebrate fathers day and my birthday in a safe environment. Food was delicious, really liked the plant based menu!

Food is great, service was ok. We went for Brunch and pretty sure we ordered before noon as they have brunch specials until then. However our server punched the order in after 12 and we were charged the full price. We didn't argue and simply paid the bill.

Booked Earl's patio table online for my son's 18th bday. Specifically booked outdoors due to Covid as we were not comfortable dining indoors. Received a message 2 days before they can't promise us outdoor but if table available they would seat us outdoors. Too late to reserve elsewhere so we went hoping there was an available table outside. Patio had tables with reserved signs so thought it was ours. Hostess was seating us inside, I told her I reserved patio seating. She tells me it's going to rain so patio is closing. When leaving notice new patrons outside on patio, not closed at all!?!? Disappointing to be lied to by hostess and no good reason to seat us inside when I had booked outdoor table. Most people want patio during pandemic so to not honour customer's choice is unacceptable.

Overall, my experience was okay, very we as not very attentive. She showed us to table that someone that someone was already in. Then sat us at a different table, then realized that it was reserved had to move again.
Once sat down, she basically ignored us. I had to flag her down a few times to get refills and water. When we were ready to pay the bill, we had a different server, I guess the original one was anxious to get off work and didn't care.

This COVID-19 sure took out my favorite past time and it is going out to eat. I really enjoyed my visit to this Earl, They practiced social distancing, sanitizer everywhere, and wore masks. So I was not worried whatsoever. The service was slower than usual as they had to accommodate take out plus dine-in patrons. At least, they recognized their delay, they gave us french fries on the house for taking a bit longer than usual to serve our meals. I am very happy about my visit and I will return soon.
Very tenative, friendly staff. Had a delicious brunch with my girlfriends and we all enjoyed our time.

This was our first outing since the start of Covid. For the half capacity seating, the restaurant was quite busy during lunch.
Everything seem to be well set up for cleanliness. I was expecting more space at the table, but the 4 of us were seated at a regular table, with no social distancing.
They would place items at the end of the table and we would then move them to the person that it was ordered for. There is an online app to order and pay, where you scan the QR code on the table and pay at the end.
The food was good and filling. I think that the pricing might be $1-2 more than before. The service was good. Good experience overall
Receptionist are not very friendly during check in.. They look grumpy! The lady (Georgia) who served us was nice and sweet

It was great to be at a restaurant after the self-isolation. Our meal was fantastic, the salmon was delicious, the dynamite roll was great, as always. Our server, Nick, was great and we will be back again in the future.
First time in earls since before the pandemic, nice to see earls back open and with safety measures I felt safe
Originally had booked a table for outside but when we arrived, it was a little breezy and the table they were preparing for us was a table with two higher chairs and was kinda of in the middle of the patio
We asked if we could be moved inside and the hostess said no problem and we had a great time!
