Earls Kitchen + Bar - Bridge Park - Burnaby
Nigel was our waiter for our evening and made every effort to make sure our night went well. It was my wife’s 60th birthday and all the staff were great
Special thanks to Fernando!
I left 3/4 of my dinner and the server didn’t even ask when he cleared my plate away if anything was wrong My steak was done med rare when asked for med well. Asian mix of vegetables did not taste good, carrots hard as a rock.
Not sure I would go back to this location.
The waitress is amazing! We had her twice and hopefully, she will become our regular waitress. The food are amazing, wings, and steak. The drinks are amazing! WIll come on Wednesdays if we can! :)
The food is delicious here and and extensive menu, we have never been disappointed
Great place to eat anytime but even better during happy hour. Excellent quality food with reasonable portions. Server and manager always available to attend tp your needs.
Harlan was our server. He did an amazing job. The manager even came over to wish me a happy birthday. I won’t go anywhere else for future events, Earls is amazing!
Great service changed my veggie since I didn’t like beyond meatless burger.
The ribs were AMAZING. Fell right off the bone.
Need a better rosé or white sangria. The grapefruit is too tart and not a fan of red.
Came for brunch during power hour. Nice and quiet, although the music was a little loud for our liking at that time in the morning. Service was great and breakfast for $10 was good value.
I am giving a poor rating as I felt very uncomfortable with the noise level My husband and I were in the lounge for dinner at 6:15. The music was loud and therefore people were speaking very loudly. Normally this would not bother me however This is unacceptable during Covid times. Dr Henry would definitely not approve. It’s quite shocking to see this when it’s so much quieter (and therefore safer) at Cactus Club Cafe.
We frequently eat at Earl's and it was out first time dining in after Covid.
We had a bad experience with the service, but was quickly resolved by the Manager.
We had a reservation and with that expected a good table. Did not happen! We weren’t friends with the host as the three parties of walk-in guests were ahead of us. We were treated as we didn’t belong and should not be there.
Also expected COVID protocols to be followed....every table around us was seated. We were assuming that this location would follow other Earls restaurants by only serving at 50% capacity or at least 70%
Every table in the lounge was occupied and we were seated next to a table of 7 people, not separated by any barrier.
I have been an Earls fan for years and have come to expect the same experience and food quality. This location is definitely not one that I will return to.
The food was excellent just not the experience or atmosphere.
Thought it would be a lighter crowd but found pretty much all tables to be occupied. Great service though.
Food was great. Seemed like a busy night so I think at times we were forgotten about. It wasn’t a bad thing, though as we were enjoying conversation.
Always fun at Earls
It was great!
Service was quick. Waitress was very pleasant. Wasn't rushed. Had a good time.
I will return to this location, we had a pleasant evening.
Kicked us out early during happy hour as they decided to close everything up before 9:30pm
covid measure in terms of tables being 6-ft apart was not straightly followed.
Came here with my family for brunch for my daughter’s 12th birthday. We’ve been to this location several times and it’s always been great. Unfortunately this visit was not great. Service was extremely slow. Food took over half an hour. Coffee was not refilled during the long wait (could not see our sever anywhere to even ask) and only got refilled just before the food came out. 3 of us ordered lobster and prawn bennies. The server brought out 2 which were cold and didn’t come back with the last one for awhile. She finally brought it out (on a super tiny rectangular plate which made it really difficult to eat with a knife and fork) and said the cook had to remake it. When the server brought out the bill, she apologized for the delays and said they were having a busy day. Would have appreciated a check in or two during our visit.
Very disappointed dry ribs no longer on the menu. Came toEarls specially for this item. Bellini was very artificial tasting
Earls has done a good job of putting barriers between booths snd separating diners I felt Covid safe. I am grateful to be able to dine out in a safe environment at this time.

Earl’s staff are always friendly, helpful, there when you need them and never make you feel rushed. The food is always predictably high quality and on your table as soon as it passes the kitchen quality check. Never a disappointment.

Came for dinner with two friends and was amazed by how packed it was during the pandemic. Once we were seated our first comment was how loud it was. The table had not been wiped down either. I won't speak for my friends meals but I ordered the beyond burger and it came with very wilted shredded lettuce. The bottom bun was totally soggy and so the burger was a mess to eat.
Beer was good and the appy wings were good.
Our waitress would plunk things down on the table and walk away without saying anything.
Excellent service, good food. Great lunch spot.
Fast service with attentive staff. Overall was a good experience, with no complaints
Unfortunately worst Earls experience we’ve had and we dine at Earls quite often
I came here to redeem my delicious burger. No hassle, got my burger, no small print of silly restrictions. Loved the experience. Service was awesome. The value of the rest of the menu was rather expensive. Overall, great experience though. Thank you!
Had a business lunch for 2 this week. Excellent service, excellent food, very nice ambience & reasonable price. Highly recommended!
Good safety protocols, great food, great service
Parents’ 58th wedding anniversary
The calamari was too salty.
The fries with our Burgers were cold
It is not worth the money!
Always a pleasure! Love going here. Dining room was relaxed and our server was fantastic.
My friends attended happy hour at 9 pm. We sat at our table and our server wanted to take our order right away. We felt rushed and didn't have much time to settle down. Our server told us it was last call but when looking around people were still able to order drinks etc. Everything else was fine. Just wish we weren't so rushed.
Overall it was good l. The only thing was the music is too loud which makes people have to shout their order to the waiter and too hard to have a conversation...in my opinion theres no need for music to be that loud it's a restaurant.
Food was lacklustre for the price. One steak was thin and tough and the calamari is a complete waste of money. Mostly vegetables deep fried. Ribs were not hot and bland. Drinks were nice but expensive. Go to the still creek keg instead. Service there is hard to beat, food is infinitely better for a similar price.
Great staff and atmosphere. Always a good time at that particular Earls!
Great drinks, service and entrees. They were very accomodating with particular food needs/substitutes. Noise level is always high in this locale, and with masks even worse. We were seated next to the bar, next time will find a "quieter" spot.
A bit loud on the dining side
