Nice environment and good food! The Merlot was really nice.
clean spacious dining area and good size parking lot. People are friendly and helpful.
Staff was great, food was very good. Great for watching sports and having a family meal, too
This was a third time in a row at this earls location that my food was cold. I ordered the crab cakes and both were still cold in the middle and barely warm on the outside.
So disappointed with this and hoping that our brunch planned with family next Sunday will be better!!
Starters snd main course came out within minutes of each other?
Lights turned down so low you needed your phone light to read menu
Inexperienced wait staff
Why do you ask the occasion when Earls charges you for a slice of cake when it’s someone’s birthday. Other restaurants do not.
We have eaten at this Earls 3 weeks prior it was excellent, this visit was a complete disappointment.
We’ve been to this location several times in the past and this time was very disappointing. We ordered the Prawns Egg Benedict. The potatoes served with the meal were burnt and inedible. The Eggs Benedict were both cold. Overall, a below average experience,
Outstanding service and food was very good. Not a thing to complain about and would definitely go back to this location of Earl's
Hi Brandon, thank you for the great review! If there is anything that could've made your experience worth 5-stars, I'd greatly appreciate if you could reach out to me @email@example.com. We are thrilled you enjoyed your experience and look forward to having you back again soon! Happy Holidays, Christian Roman Melo - Lounge Manager
Fast and efficient service. Nice place for any celebration. Food not the best but okay.
Our seating was in the lounge but we had one elderly person with us who can’t hear very well so it was difficult for her as it was very loud there. We would of rather sat in the dining room but we couldn’t be accommodated unfortunately. Food was great.
Brunch was very good and the service was excellent.
had a nice experience at this location and we’ll definitely be back
I am a regular of this restaurant. I frequently order the sante fe hicken salad. This time the dressing was extremely garlicky. It hasn’t happened before. I will hesitate before ordering it again.
Great food and space, however after asking our server about food items on the happy hour menu he mentioned 'just pizza and fries really' we had to check closer and have him come back. the happy hour options are great but he did not seem interested in exploring that .
Our server anthony made our experience absolutely amazing for my birthday dinner. He definately went above and beyond. The atmosphere is great for a special event on a weekend evening
Happy hour - arrived. Hostess was great
Sat in lounge area
Ordered happy wine and drinks
Server male charged for 2 nine ounce whatcha ma call it Chardonnay $16.75 instead of 2 nine ounce rascal white $11
Charged me for an extra tonic when I had two vodka but only used one tonic I sent the second one back
Friend joined us had more drinks and food
At the end asked for at to go box
Server tossed it on table and walked away we spent $150
Haven’t been to this Earls for a while … good food but service was poor and over charging during happy hour .. not good
Did not want to make a scene
Will go elsewhere
Loved the happy hour selection and kind, patient server!
The steak was not well prepared to our request and finally decided to give us a small refund
Order pizza as an appetizer to share but it came out at the same time as the main and the burger patty and bacon were salty, dry and hard. The fries were also quite salty. As salt and pepper mills were provided so they didn't need to be so heavily salted.
Seated right away and excellent service provided by Piper.
Had great time again, had one of our favourite waitresses so made experience very enjoyable
Earl's Bridge Park never disappoints: food ambiance, service
Compliments to Marina. There was a misunderstanding in my wife's entree and Marina corrected it. thank you to you.
Wonderful service and fantastic food! Chef even came out to check on us! Definitely recommend!
The food is always amazing - never disappointed. I like the fact they're always offering new Test Kitchen items also.
Salad was soggy, servers disappeared, pasta was not as described. Just generally overpriced, not very good food.
Great atmosphere. Spacious and well laid out!
Easy to go for quite dinner, or sports bar atmosphere, very well delineated.
Went for happy hour. Our server and the hostess were excellent! Unfortunately when our server left for the day, we weren’t attended to by her replacement.
Food: sushi rolls were disappointing - the rice was over cooked and tasteless.
Great food and service but no need for quite that energetic a noise level
Service was great and food was good. The cocktail I had was also delicious (Coconut matcha sour)! The only room for improvement is the fettuccini Alfredo sauce could have been a bit more creamy.
Our sever was Amelia. She was truly AMAZING.
My 12 year old granddaughter and I came to earl's as a special dinner before her hockey practice at the PNE. We had to drive in from Mission and traffic was bad as it turned out we only had 45 minutes. The restaurant was busy and we knew we could have a problem. We explained the situation to Amelia and she took over from there. She put a rush on our dinner. We had our drinks within minutes then our pie (my granddaughter loved that) and dinner was not far behind. Amelia was attentive and very much on top of it. We were very pleased both with our dinner and especially with the level of service. Thanks for a great experience!!!
We had a rookie - I gave him a hard time - but he had a good attitude - he asked if I wanted another ice tea and forgot to bring it to me - it was his 5th shift - he will do fine.
Great food (my husband said it was the best steak frit he’d ever had) and my salmon was perfect, our friend’s shroomy bowl looked good..
The young woman serving us noticed a card on the table when she brought our bill. She asked if we were celebrating something and we told her it was our friend’s birthday. She quickly took the bill away and said “well, you are not paying for your cheesecake definitely not” and she brought us back the bill with cheesecake deducted! Outstanding!
The server was delightful and attentive. We were seated within minutes of having our vax proof scanned. The food was delicious.
The noise level was very very loud. Just people being happy, talking, excited. The restaurant should install some form of barriers or baffles to dissipate the noise more.
I think your staff should speak more to each other as our server specifically asked how our food was to come out and it didnt twice
And your happy hour wine you only offer the five oz at discount strange
Oh and your nooks with vases and books you should get someone to clean them as the dust it horrendous and there was garbage in the one we were seated at
A great location and great service. The food is always good. I really enjoyed the weekend brunch menu.
Some of Our party stayed beyond the reservation time allotment, however they were great at just moving us around the restaurant.
We enjoyed a great burger and fajitas at Earl's Thursday evening!
Fabulous service - server Morgan was excellent. I always have a great time when I'm there.
Service was terrific, food was terrific. Ample parking and easy access.
