This restaurant was very disrespectful. The staff was rude. I do not recommend this shack to no one. Rather eat out of a trash can.
The calamari came in one big battered lump. The dressing wasn’t mixed in very well in the Caesar salad. The Cajun chicken burger was good:)
Great menu, service always good! Missing some items like the twill on the sticky toffee pudding. Enjoying the new menu items like the shrimp spagatinni
Always best service and BEST Happy Hour Hands Down!! And BEST 💚Plant Based menu!!!!!
As always we had a super time and our waitress was great again
Everyone is always so accommodating
You always have a great supper
Our server was amazing! The restaurant was really busy but that's normal on a Saturday evening.
The front hostess wasn’t as welcoming, hardly cracked a smile. The guy seating us was very welcoming & personable. Our waiter was on point and it was a crazy busy evening. Always smiling & on top of his game. Unfortunately the food that was coming out was lukewarm, seemed like it was sitting on the heat warmers for awhile. We did end up returning the starter and got it reheated, but then our food came out & same thing lukewarm & parts of my salmon were actually cold. We didn’t have time to return the food and were hungry at this point that we just left it as is. Overall we are glad we made resos beforehand, as I mentioned it was a very busy night. Our waiter was wonderful, but I think next time we’ll try to come at a less high volume time, so that our food comes out in a timely manner from when it’s done being cooked.
Earls Bridgepark was fantastic, always a good time here. One of if not the best happy hours of any restaurant - will be back!
Very busy.
Not much social distancing.
The food was well prepared and the server (Sawyer) very helpful. I do not like batch wine in the carafe as taking home what is not consumed a problem. Noise level is not the greatest .
Great room! Amazing service - we love Oli the bartender....treated very well. Will be back again
My wife and I are seniors and we typically order and split an appetizer and a main. We casually mentioned to our server, with absolutely no expectations, that we would be splitting our order and requested an extra soup spoon. He immediately offered to split the entire order. We were amazed and accepted. We ordered a large bowl of chowder, 2 crab cakes, and fries. All came split. This made our eating experience much more enjoyable. Food was delicious. Only negative was that the music was probably too loud and contributed to patrons having to raise their voices to hear themselves. This overall buzz noise made the ambience less than stellar considering patrons were not wearing masks. We’ll certainly return.
I went with my sister & a friend. The place was busy which was nice to see & all covid-19 safety procedures were followed extremely well. The food as usual was excellent but the service was a "bit off" at first!! I had to ask 5 times for a glass of ice which I like with my white wine. I did receive the ice promptly with my 2nd glass though!!
The other minor problem was we had requested a booth or low table & the table they had set aside for us was a high table with high chairs. There was no way 3 women under 5'2" could climb up & down on them!!
We still had a good time & will go back again in about a month. I'll just make the seating requirements more clear!!! Thanks

First time back at Earl's in a couple of months. They did recently change their menu, so a few of the items I ordered I was expecting something a bit different (Calamari, Fries, Sushi roll). Overall the food wasn't bad, but I do prefer the original calamari to the new one.
We sat at the bar and the service was phenomenal from the bartender (can't remember his name or I'd give him a kudos!)
Salmon is very good. Lettuce wraps are fair. Salads are good.
Extremely loud and crowded there was no way 6 feet between groups but was divided by plexiglass. Extremely noisy, server was a tentative, prompt, and very friendly. Calamari was Hot and delicious wish there was a bit more dipping sauce and not sure why there was pieces of cauliflower. The crispy chicken sandwich was delicious and filling , the french fries looks like they were leftovers. Spaghetti and clam sauce & prawns was delicious wish it was at least warm.
Last note a glass of wine was extremely expensive.
Wonderful customer service! Restaurant was great at keeping social distancing and positive ambience.
We had a great time
The service was excellent
And great food
Always good food and service every time we go, will be back
Dinner and service was great- great environment aswell- also great food
Steak frites was an overall salty meal with the steak, fries, and garlic toast.
Also, the garlic toast doesn't really compliment the meal well. It adds no value, no flavour-- I'd recommend a revision.
I had a lovely time dinning out with a coworker. The service was excellent and the food was perfectly prepared.
Our server was awesome, brunch was great! Overall great experience!
Overall we had a good experience at this location. No wait for our table and the waiter was efficient. My wife had the fettuccine with blackened chicken and garlic toast. Only negative was burnt toast. The waiter did remove and get a replacement. I had the Cajun chicken sandwich which was excellent
I booked a business lunch for two. Excellent service from the moment I booked the reservation to the greeting from the hostess and service from the waitress and staff. A very clean, friendly and welcoming environment with a friendly & professional staff. This is an excellent venue for either a business lunch or casual dining experience. 5-stars!
Food was good and service was pleasant.
We never have had a bad meal there . People are great Including the manager Christian .
It was Sunday around afternoon, restaurant only opened lounge area which it was too noisy for family and get together in general. We were ok sitting in lounge area even our booking requested standard sitting not lounge, we understand they might not have enough staff for both areas open during pandemic. We arrived 10 mins before our reservation and had to wait in lobby area. Wait is ok but receptionist acting like we needed to wait because it’s our fault arrived early. Sorry if I got it wrong but how her acting reflected this unwelcome feeling to me. Food was ok and our server was ok in general. This survey mainly is the bad feeling from the receptionist, other than that, ok in general.
Our service was really good. I think Rachel was her name.
Not only did she check on us once after we got our food but twice. This never happens. We were pleased
Often when we go out for dinner, servers at other restaurants don’t come to ask how our food is
We will be commimg back in the near future
Earls was ok salad was way overdressed and the steaks where tough.. very inconsistent every time u go the meal is not the same.
As always Earls delivers a good meal and get together experience. We sat in the Bar portion of the restaurant and it was lively and active. We will be back.
I felt safe, protocols were being followed. Our server was excellent !
Fresh, delicious food. Great server. Clean restaurant and good noise level.
Great option for brunch on the weekend especially when happy hour goes til noon. Comfortable, great service and value, but coffee is expensive!
Service was quick and efficient. Food always good.
First of all there was no social distancing tables were side-by-side nobody obviously was able to wear a mask. Next the noise was off the charts, people talking plus music
I found a mouse around the tables
Staff didn’t do anything about it and said they had seen it before
Shrugged their shoulders
I took a picture of it for proof
Other customers also saw the mouse.
Super great service. Waiter was amazing favourite Earls location
Earls menu is good, particularly considering that it is being offered during a pandemic. Service is timely and friendly--and our family group of five was allowed to sit together. We enjoyed our time at Earls, as we always do.
