Celebrating a 50th birthday. Service was friendly but very slow. Whatever you do don't order coffee....they use a nesspresso machine for the whole restaurant. By the time the coffee arrived it had cooled down and milk and sugar also had to be delivered ...the coffee was cold by the time we could drink it. The food was delicious and our entries varied from pasta to steak to salmon to lettuce Wraps. All were satisfied

This is my favourite restaurant and I usually get excellent food. But, this time, I was somewhat disappointed with my lunch. The avocado benedict I ordered looked perfect but was only lukewarm. Then the salad on the side was less than inspiring with little salad dressing. Maybe the place was too busy?

Myself and 3 others visited Earl's last night. The food was excellent! Our server was wonderul-very attentive but not overly so. Prices were high but I've seen this everywhere, not just at this restaurant. My only comment is that the music makes the volume loud, only because we all have to shout over top of it! Overall, a great evening spent.

Excellent service for a party of 8. The only issue is the restaurant is so loud and tables are so close together. Menu has a lot of variety and always tastes great.

We celebrated both my twin sisters birthday turning 60 we had a table of six with my two nieces and their 20s and myself and her husband. Everyone enjoyed the table the service our food was excellent. They are still talking about it the day after how delicious everything was and how nice it was.

The restaurant is nicely decorated but very open and so a bit noisy, we were placed by the kitchen so that added to the traffic and noise. The service was quick but too quick. It’s like they are rushing you on everything so they can bring in the next customer for your table. We had a 545 reservation and paid the bill by 625. The pricing is today’s prices for restaurants, nothing under 22$ and 17$ glass of wine and 12$ beer .

Excellent staff and food. Huge party at back of restaurant where they were going to seat my husband, granddaughter and myself. We were celebrating her birthday and the noise was out of control. Our waitress sat us closer to the door where it was quieter ( appreciative for this) Maybe putting a few nice walls up would help with noise level as always super loud.

Great atmosphere - service was perfect! If you go for lunch (before 2:00 pm), it can be a bit expensive- but after 2;00 the prices for drinks/apps are quite good.

Met a friend for lunch. She had a burger and I had an impossible burger. Both were terrible! Hers was overcooked and loaded with salt. My impossible burger was slightly overcooked and had loads of added salt on top!! Both orders of fries were cold and greasy.

My daughter had a burger, extra fries and mashed potatoes, I a chicken sandwich on a regular hamburger bun plus an apple juice, a coke and a coffee. Bill: $102. As a single parent the cost vs value is unacceptable and unreasonable. Those are fine dining prices. We simply can't afford to return. That said the service and staff are absolutely amazing.

I was under the weather and ordered a salad and tea and the waitress was understanding and nice but she was all chumming with my other party that ordered a steak and wine together with wings and cocktail, for her daughter, who was to meet up with us on break. The manager came over and was amazing and wonderful to all the customers… The food was on point and all tasted good — the only thing I would say about the salad was that the quinoa is a crispy one and not the usually soft one— also for the price it was quite small on nature!! The ambience was on point but the music level was too loud to hear someone across the table —- The music should be a bit more lower so that you may hear the other party more easily. My friend loved the steak — but said the Brussels Spouts were to charred, and the fries were normal nothing special. Her daughter loved the Marilyn Monroe cocktail and the chicken wings were on point!

Service was very good, but food was overpriced for what was served. My wife had the bowl with chicken and advised it did not work together and all the dressing was on the bottom. Pizza lacked ingredients.. very sparse ingredients , don’t think they slice ham and pineapple so thin and small.. cheers

I ordered the vegan angry tofu lettuce wraps and got 5 on my plate with 1 piece of tofu in each with a bit of garnish. Not worth it as I was still hungry but didn’t want to spend more money ordering an additional meal. The other two friends that ordered had full sufficient meals enough that they even took it home because it was too much food. In addition to that the waitress told me that it would be quite angry, which met spicy, and the dish actually came out tasting sweet. I would never order this meal again, but I was quite disappointed in knowing that the portion itself wasn’t sufficient to satisfy an adult. Not worth my money and I probably could’ve said something at the time but I overheard others that were complaining so I didn’t want to add to the stress that the waitress may have already been feeling because the kitchen couldn’t produce the appropriate meals.

Been to this location in mapleview mall burlington ontario . Service always awesome , food is delicious , friendly atmosphere, great servers haven't found a restaurant that can compare to all of the above
