The crab cake appie was to die for. Oysters super fresh, like right out of the ocean. Ahi tuna appie also delicious. My guest had the sirloin dinner, and it was outstanding. Piper took excellent care of us during our visit. Thank you for a memorable bday lunch for my guest.

I got a nice birthday card signed and a dessert on the house. The service was friendly and attentive. I had the steak and lobster and it was delicious. We'd definitely go there again.

My guest and I arrived and were seated right away with our reservation. The hostess was really friendly and knowledgeable on the promotions and drink specials they had on. The atmosphere was great, walked in and it was busy and lively, lots of ambiance and upbeat music playing in the background not too loud or overpowering people’s conversations at their tables. Our waitress was very friendly, knew the menu and options available for us. Water and our drinks were served to us right away. Checked up on us throughout the meal which was a great addition to the overall experience. The food was delicious and well presented. We were treated really well and got our bill in a timely fashion and thanked for our visit before we left the restaurant. Would highly recommend this location to friends and family and I would definitely eat here again and again!

Our service was very poor as we had to remind our waiter of getting our drinks, cream for the coffee, no salt and pepper on table. He seemed preoccupied talking with the hostess table. Food was mediocre, had to send back french fries with hamburgers as they were cold. We were taking friends from Minnesota for lunch knowing that Earls is usually very good - our experience was very disappointing. Three out of the four people at the table were restaurant people - they were not very impressed.

Our Sunday brunch was excellent. Our server, Kiara, was great, and we got a nice greeting from Tiana and Aiden. As always, it was a pleasure-filled dining experience. The only thing missing was a martini, but even I have scruples about breakfast martinis.

Earl’s is always introducing new items to its menu which is great but maybe they could have a retro menu so those of us who love the original menu can enjoy some of the oldies but goodies.

Our hostess, Brooklyn, gave us a lovely table for five, our server, Emily, did a great job with our food and drink orders, and Aiden came by to say hello. It was a lovely family evening.

Went for Brunch. Food (breakfast dishes with eggs) was cold for everyone (4 people) Service not great … menus missing, server needed reminders to bring salt n pepper and never came back so we could tell them about cold food. Will give Earls at this location (Tin Palace) 1 star for giving a discount on the bill. Earls at other locations have been great.

On a very crowded evening our hostess, Brooklyn, made sure we had a table where we felt comfortable. Our server, Lana, was excellent and Aiden dropped by to say hello. The food and drink were excellent as always.

We came here for a light bite on a Wednesday night. Whenever I go to an Earls, I get the dynamite roll, and it did not disappoint at this location. Service was friendly and efficient. It was nice and cozy on a cold afternoon. Would recommend for sure.

I want to first of all, thank our Outstanding Service provider Megan. She is the kind of service provider you dream of finding anywhere, but especially, in so called high end restaurants. She was an excellent communicator, that is professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastically outstanding, at her service. She is so exceptionally that, my darling and I, plan on having an evening once a week at Earl’s Tin Palace. We hope we have the pleasure of experiencing Megan’s service again. Very disappointing! Three hours before our reservation, I got a phone call from the hostess asking if there was a preferred table that we would like to sit at? I said absolutely, maybe a window table or something that you'd recommend, she said yes, let's see what we can do for you. When we arrived, they sat us at a small table up against the big wall (very disappointing table). As for the food, again, disappointing! I ordered a $60 steak that was cooked medium (not medium rare) and it was cold. My fiance ordered the filet and that too was cold. When you spend over $200for dinner, I don't expect our steaks to show up cold.... We won't be coming back!

Love Earls Tin Palace however last night was a miss. 3 of the 4 people in my party ordered medium rare steaks. All were overdone and took 45 minutes to arrive. Garlic toast was cold. The sides were extremely salty and lukewarm. Come to this location regularly and this is not a usual occurrence but was very disappointed.

We came to this Earls twice over the weekend. We are both previous employees of a BC location and love to support the brand but both times service was really slow. There were minor issues with the food that were corrected quickly, but we found ourselves waiting a long time for all aspects of the experience.

We were greeted by Tiana and her associates and given a perfect table for our needs. Our server, Carlos and his associates were great. The food and drink were up to Earls high standard, although the mushrooms that I substituted for potato salad were a bit too salty. I really enjoyed drinking my martini out of a traditionally shaped martini glass.

Cajun chicken salad was amazing and filling!! I will come back just for this. Also loved the Justin cabernet. My only thought was that making your servers use an IPAD for orders was a painful process. Way too long for them to find product in the system. I felt bad they could'nt just write down the order. Would have been much easier and quick.
