   We always enjoy Earls Tin Palace, and tonight was no different. Zach was our server and he was terrific. He was attentive and ensured our food was spot on, particularly how the steak was cooked - which has been a little overcooked (and still delicious) sometimes in the past. Zach ensured the kitchen were aware of our preference, and checked back with us to make use we got what we asked for. The atmosphere and ambience was great as always, so if you’re in town and haven’t tried Earls Tin Palace don’t miss out on dining here.

   Nice open space with lots of varied seating in different directions with lots of exterior windows. Friendly staff at all locations and very good variety of food and drink. Hard surfaces in restaurant and bar make for a noisy environment but overall a great stop for a lunch or dinner.

   Overall great, however, Waiter could do better at ensuring each persons meals come out according to whether they are meant to be an appt or a main meal. He brought 3 of our meals out with one persons appetizer; therefore, that one person had to wait for their meal watching the rest of us eat ours and then eat his alone…

   Calamari was excellent. 6 oz filet was a bit tough but tasty with peppercorn sauce. Crab cakes were very good. Vanilla cheese cake was disappointing - over cooked. Wine is overpriced - 8oz Burrowing Owl Syrah was $28 and 2 glasses of Prosecco were $15 each. Excellent service from Emily.

   Nice place for evening drinks. Great service. Bar needs to urgently figure out how they’re going to serve Canadian-based Old Fashioned - I was apparently the first to ask?

    We love Earls Tin Palace, and this evening didn’t disappoint. Cayleigh was terrific, and delivered amazing service - she’s super-friendly, please make sure you keep her!
