   When the food for the mother of the table on Mother's Day arrives incorrectly and has to be sent back to the kitchen, this is a problem. I would expect some type of compensation for this. Aside from apologizing, the restaurant made no attempt to satisfy us, as she waited an extra 15 minutes for the correct food to arrive. A simple "we will take this off your tab" would have gone a long way.

   We made a point to order our food while ordering our drinks once we sat down, or food came out 45 minutes later while others received their food while ordering after us. No apologies, quite disappointed.

   Reservation for 5pm and we were promptly seated. Service was 10/10 with friendly staff and servers. Food was excellent, fresh and all brought out together for everyone. Drinks were well crafted. With early seating the noise level inside the dining room was totally acceptable with a few seniors in our group of six. We had a few drinks and appies on happy hour prices which was a great deal. Earls is getting a little pricey but they have maintained excellent quality food with great portion size so that’s a fair trade. Will continue to dine there, as it’s a steady good food restaurant that has attentive staff.

   Fabulous food, fabulous service! Never have we had a bad meal at Earls. Today was the first day of patio weather, so everyone was taking advantage. It was a bit noisy, but we enjoyed it anyway!

   Our waitress was friendly, charming, efficient and welcoming. She discussed the menu knowledgeably, offered suggestions, we all ordered light meals that were delicious. Relaxing atmosphere although the patio area can be a trifle loud (at lunch moreover!) A very pleasant visit.

   We enjoyed eating on the heated, enclosed patio. The kitchen thoughtfully split our salad and delivered it on two plates.

   We love the Santa Fe chicken salad…always good and really good today. Nice ambiance on the covered, heated patio.

    Service was excellent - our server checked in on us and was very friendly and gave a great recommendation for dessert. We both had 6 oz sirloin, which were cooked perfectly. The food took a little longer than I would expect, but we weren’t in a rush so didn’t matter. We were seated next to a large group who were celebrating something. I’m glad they were having a good time, but at times it was a little loud at our table. Next time I see a big table I will ask to sit further away.
