   Our server was amazing! Attentive without being intrusive, patient when we were too busy talking to make our selections and place an order and knowledgeable about allergens. Food was fantastic and patio was great! 10/10 recommend!

   The hostess and the server (Maya) were so welcoming and on the ball. My steak + truffle tortellini was delicious and certainly hit the spot, but it could have been less salty and served HOT. The steak was cooked perfectly. Tokyo Cosmo was amazing, again, temperature was a bit off and it could have been served colder in a chilled glass. Will have to go back to try more of their amazing-sounding cocktails!

   We were disappointed with the service. The waitress asked how our food was before we even started eating, then we didn’t see her again. We had to ask to have the water jug filled. She was also quite unfriendly.

    Booked a table but waited for 20 min to be seated while 7 walk-in groups (who came in later) were seated ahead of us. Finally got our table - one that had been open the entire time we had been waiting. All our dishes were extremely salty. Dishes have also become progressively smaller and less value for $ over the past few years. One order was incorrect. Used to have a great house wine - the current one (which has been around a long time as a cheaper 2nd choice of house wine) is awful! Overall - disappointing.

    Food was great, well presented and very tasty. Disappointed that the wine was served in dirty glasses. While replaced in new sparkling clean glasses, a partial comp would have gone a long way to improve my rating of this experience.

    We made the reservation for a pre-Jubillee event dinner as part of our date night. Power at the restaurant went out just after we were seated. Power was only out in building, all surrounding buildings and businesses still had power. Server repeatedly told us that manager had “just talked” to Epcor, and they were expecting power to be back on in 15 minutes. We waited around based on what we had been told. When it became obvious we weren’t going to get food before show started unless we went elsewhere we left. By this time the surrounding eateries were overwhelmed, and we were left a bit panicked to get food. Ended up scarfing down a burrito as we were very hungry and had to eat before the show. Power issue was not likely ever an Epcor power issue, it was never indicated on their outages site, and was isolated to campus tower. Earls offered nothing during our wait other than water, and offered nothing in any way to compensate for waiting based on the info given to us, and a date night ruined. We doubt any msnager ever spoke with Epcor, and would have appreciated more honesty from the waiter so we could have made alternate dinner arrangements in a more timely manner. We often eat at earls before the show. Not sure we will be back after this fiasco.

    Our server didn't show up to our table so we had to ask for them after 20 minutes of waiting. Someone else came and took our order and drinks. We never got our drinks, and then the power went out and we didn't get to eat (or get our drinks still). By the time we finally left the power was still out and all the kitchen staff was outside so we knew no one would be eating any time soon.

    My review is no reflection on my server, who was lovely. I had made a reservation for 3 at 6:00 pm, we were attending a show at the Jube that started at 8:00 so I thought 2 hours would be plenty of time. Our server was amazing. Kept checking on us and kept apologizing for the wait. About 40 mins after our server took our food order, she came and apologized for the wait and sent her manager over, who also apologized but told us it was being plated and would be out right away. 15 mins later, it was brought out and all 3 meals were cold. The manager apologized again and offered to get a higher up manager to come and speak with us to see what they could do to make this right for our next visit. I declined and told her it wasn’t necessary as we probably wouldn’t be back. I understand that mistakes happen but being told multiple times that the food was soon going to be out and it eventually showed up cold, just isn’t a good experience for me. For a restaurant in such close proximity to the Jube and really only one of two non fast food restaurants in the area, I would think you would be prepared for the busy of the area. I will say that all the employees that I talked to were amazing and this is not a reflection of them.

    Arrived right on time for our reservation. There was a bit of confusion about who was serving our table and took a while to get our food. Normally wouldn’t be a problem but we had tickets to a show at the Jubilee Auditorium. Good experience otherwise.

    It was very loud, so think that some errors were due to that. We did not get the salad we ordered, the salad that was served did not have the quinoa or dressing on it. Our table ordered a bowl of soup, Greens & Grains Salad and a burger with fries. We waited 40 minutes for our food. The fries and soup were cold when served. Our server did not return while we were eating to check on the food. It tool 20 minutes to get a refill of pop. We finally got it ourselves by going to the bar where 2 bartenders were both visiting with folded arms (not busy at all)

    It was a very busy evening. We had a reservation, arrived a few minutes early and did not have to wait long. Service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Food arrived quickly and was delicious. We were impressed with our visit overall in such a busy night.

    We reserved our table to attend a near by concert venue. Out of our party of 4 , 2 of us ordered chicken fettuccine that came to us more on the cold side Like I’m saying cold… The only thing that was hot was our garlic bread Waitress was nice enough to offer complimentary desserts which were oversized and very sweet Not sure if I’d support this place in the future as my experience of a cold meal was a turn off We were on a time schedule for the concert so unable to return my plate

    Everything was excellent except it took a very long time for the food to come out. The restaurant was quite busy but the food took uncharacteristically long to come out. Our server Matt was super and kept apologizing for the wait. I think they were short staffed because I only saw 4 staff in spite of the restaurant being full

    First time dining @ this Earls location. Really like it as it was close the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium. The food was delicious and my server - Alexis was very professional and made my experience a memorable one. I will be coming back soon…

    Neither thing we ordered was available and since we were eating at 5:30 on a Friday that seemed odd. The waiter was nice but not always available and we had to flag down another server to get our bill

    We had a lovely time at lunch yesterday. Our waiter was amazing, the power went out so the kitchen struggled a little bit. The sad part was all 3 ahi tuna salads came without dressing. I had the Santa Fe chicken salad but had it with ahi tuna as the power was out. They gave me the chicken afterwards to take home which was a nice gesture. Anyhow, really great service, all your staff helped each other during the outage which was nice to see. The salads were a disappointment. Next time I am having a burger and fries for sure! lol

    Wonderful Server and her assistant was so helpful. Best Fettucine Alfredo almost ever. I had a reservation for myself only and often when I dine alone, I am put way in the back of a restaurant somewhere but at Earl's they gave me a wonderful table right at the window. Fantastic. Pricing on the Wines by the Glass is just outrageously expensive but that would be my only negative feedback.

    Had booked dinning room was seated in lounge area but they did accommodate my party and moved us coed to the restaurant side. I found the lounge side very noisy. Took 50 mins to get our main entree’, as the kitchen messed up on the order and had to the-cook one of the dishes. Staff was apologetic but my partner’s dish was not overly hot and part of my dish had over cooked vegetables. No compensation was provided to us, which was pretty disappointing as Earls usually has a better reputation than that. Probably won’t go back to that location anytime soon.
